On Coupling And Coordinated Development Of Logistics Industry-Industry Digitalization-Ecological Civilization

Digitalization is a key driver for social and industrial economic development,and the logistics industry plays an important role in economic development.At present,promoting the coordinated development of logistics industry,industry digitalization and ecological civilization has become a key concern of the state and enterprises.At the same time,the problem of ecological pollution brought by industrial development has attracted widespread attention.There is a dynamic relationship among logistics industry,digitalization and ecological civilization that promotes and constrains each other.Therefore,the integrated development level between the three is clarified,and the development strategy is adjusted in real time mainly through key influencing factors.These measures are conducive to promoting the coordinated development of regional logistics industry,industry digitization and ecological civilization.First,the evaluation index system is constructed from different dimensions of the three systems.The entropy value method is used to calculate the weights of each index.Second,the trend of the integrated development level of the three systems in the national ecological civilization pilot provinces(Fujian Province,Jiangxi Province,Guizhou Province,and Hainan Province)was evaluated.Then,the coupling coordination degree model is used to compare the coupling coordination degree of the logistics industry-industry digitalization-ecological civilization composite system of the four provinces from 2013 to2020 horizontally and vertically.Finally,the obstacle degree model is used to analyze the main obstacle factors affecting the coordinated development of the three systems and to propose suggestions for promoting their coupled and coordinated development.The main research conclusions are as follows:First,from the comprehensive development index of logistics industry,industry digitalization and ecological civilization,the four provinces have neglected the construction of ecological civilization in the process of logistics industry development.Therefore,it leads to a more backward development of ecological civilization.Second,from the temporal changes of coupling degree and coupling coordination degree,we know that the coupling coordination degree of logistics industry-industry digitalization-ecological civilization composite system in four provinces fluctuates between0.66 and 0.99 from 2013 to 2020,experiencing a change from mild disorder to high-quality coordination.Third,in terms of spatial layout,the coupling coordination of the logistics industryindustry digitization-ecological civilization composite system in the four provinces spans a wide range,and the composite system as a whole spans from the dysfunctional stage to the coordinated stage.The types span from "mildly dysfunctional(Jiangxi Province,Guizhou Province,Hainan Province)and near-dysfunctional(Fujian Province)" to "well-coordinated(Fujian Province,Guizhou Province)and high-quality coordinated(Jiangxi Province,Hainan Province)".Fourth,in terms of spatial and temporal distribution,the coupling coordination of logistics-digitalization-ecological civilization composite system in Fujian and Jiangxi provinces fluctuates at a high level,and the composite system in Guizhou and Hainan provinces fluctuates at a low level.Fifth,the development of logistics industry and industry digitalization will definitely cause the reverse constraint of ecological environment by plundering the resources and environment.An important factor affecting the coupled and coordinated development of logistics industry-digitalization-ecological civilization composite system in four provinces is the lagging construction of ecological civilization.Combined with the above findings,the reasons affecting the coupled and coordinated development of logistics industry,digitization and ecological civilization in the four provinces are analyzed in depth.Finally,improvement suggestions are made for the obstacle factors in the four provinces.The purpose is to provide ideas for the subsequent coordinated development among the three with the same situation test areas.
