In modern highly developed technology,people’s living standards have been greatly improved,but at the same time,social structure and social security are increasingly complex.As the foundation of social stability,security has become the focus of socity.But most security monitoring systems on the market are mostly based on infrared technology,infrared is greatly affected by the outdoor environment,and it is easy to be detected,cannot ensure its concealment.Therefore,a security system with high detection sensitivity,low environmental impact and concealment function has high research value.In view of the current social application environment,this paper uses millimeter-wave radar chips as the core to complete the design of a security system based on millimeter-wave sensors.The system presents personnel location,number and other information in the form of point cloud,which can realize functions such as concealed installation,protection of personnel privacy,conflict warning and so on.The main work and contribution of this paper are as follows:1)The design of the system power supplyTo improve the flexibility of system installation,two power supply modes are integrated during system power circuit design: general power supply and POE power supply.In the design of POE power supply scheme,a complete circuits design have been given with respect to the system power consumption,millimeter-wave radar chip power supply requirements,power switching mode and other aspects.Then the correctness of the power circuit design is verified in the subsequent circuit debugging.2)The design of data transmission communication linkThe circuit design of each communication module has been explained from the view of chip selection,design emphasis and system function realization.In the design of communication switching circuit between each module,a switching circuit is adopted to flexibly switch the communication between millimeter wave radar chip and each module.The flexibility and high integration of the switch circuit design are verified in the subsequent circuit debugging and system application.3)The optimum design of software and hardware for massive applicationsThe hardware and software design program of using the STM32F107 single-chip microcomputer(MCU)to realize the two-way transparent transmission function between the serial ports and network ports.In the face of large-scale application in the future,STM32 MCU has great application advantages due to its small size,easy integration and ability to adapt to the environment,which effectively reduces the system cost and improves the integration and practicability of the system.This paper gives a complete hardware design program and software design process.In the subsequent software debugging,the feasibility of this function is verified. |
