The procedures of photolithography and etching are tedious and complicated,the equipment requirements are high,and the preparation process produces waste and pollutes the environment.Printed electronics technology has the advantages of flexibility,speed,efficiency and low cost,and has a wide range of application prospects.Among them,inkjet printing technology can quickly and efficiently realize the patterning of electrodes on flexible substrates.The thesis begins with a discussion of the effects of silver sources,amines,etc.on the properties of inkjet printing electrodes,followed by optimization of the process to obtain silver-based conductive inks based on silver citrate and meeting the requirements of home inkjet printers.The stability of silver-based conductive inks and the film formation of conductive films on flexible substrates are then enhanced using various methods.Characterization and analysis of the micro-nano morphology,square resistance,uniformity adhesion,and flexibility of the conductive films after thermal sintering are presented in the paper to demonstrate that the silver-based conductive ink can achieve conductive films with excellent properties.Finally,the application of inkjet-printed patterned conductive films on flexible electronic devices was investigated,and flexible conductive electrodes were prepared to light up LED indicator,and touch sensors were demonstrated by printing interdigitated electrodes on flexible substrates using home inkjet printers.All the devices can overcome the defects of conventional rigid electronic devices such as large size,heavy mass and brittle material.This project realizes the preparation of flexible electronic devices by using a home inkjet printer,which has the advantages of simple operation,efficient function and low cost.This research has important reference value for further preparation of light,flexible,easily portable and wearable flexible electronic devices.
