| The development trend of my country’s new material industry is good,the scale is constantly growing,innovation achievements are constantly emerging,the advantageous enterprises are growing day by day,and the industrial system is initially formed.At the same time,under the background of the country’s implementation of the major project for the conversion of old and new kinetic energy,Shandong Province’s comprehensive experimental zone for the conversion of old and new kinetic energy has become the first regional comprehensive experimental zone for national development strategies approved after the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,It provides strong policy support for promoting the optimization,upgrading and transformation of industrial structure and resource management in the province,and provides guarantee for the modernization of enterprises,thereby promoting the smooth progress of my country’s scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation.At present,with the establishment of the comprehensive experimental zone for the conversion of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong,the development environment of the new material industry in Shandong Province will also change,which puts forward higher requirements for the development model and product research and development of enterprises.While the new material market is booming,new material enterprises will encounter common problems in their development,such as product homogeneity,environmental pressure,and increasing uncertainties in the development of the world economy.Therefore,enterprises should design and optimize development strategies to deal with them.Such problems,in order to achieve the long-term development of enterprises.This paper takes SDWF,a private enterprise that produces and sells silicon carbide ceramic products as its main business,as the research object.Based on the company’s actual development status under the background of new and old kinetic energy conversion,it studies and proposes SDWF’s future development strategy.First of all,according to the research goal of this paper,through the literature review method,it summarizes and summarizes the domestic and foreign related research theories on the conversion of new and old kinetic energy and strategic management,which provides a theoretical basis for the research of this paper,and proposes the research method and overall framework of this paper;Secondly,use the enterprise strategic management theory to analyze the development status of SDWF company,and specifically analyze and summarize the external environment and internal environment of SDWF company under the background of new and old kinetic energy conversion through PEST analysis model,Porter’s five forces analysis model and other tools;Thirdly,use the SWOT analysis method to get the advantages and disadvantages of SDWF company’s current development,find out the current opportunities and threats of the company,and obtain four strategic plans such as SO through SWOT matrix analysis.Through comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that SDWF company can choose vertical a development strategy combining integration strategy;Finally,according to the conclusions of the previous research and analysis,SDWF companies must implement development strategies from the aspects of industrial chain integration,industrial layout,marketing,talent construction,transformation and upgrading,R&D innovation,etc.on the basis of promoting the transformation of new and old kinetic energy.Human resources guarantee,management mechanism guarantee,financial guarantee,and corporate culture guarantee will ultimately ensure that the company completes the development task of converting old and new kinetic energy and achieves high-level and high-quality development of the company.This paper studies the formulation of feasible development strategies for small and medium-sized new material enterprises such as SDWF companies under the background of the conversion of old and new kinetic energy,which is of great reference significance for realizing the sustainable development of the company,improving the competitiveness and the quality of enterprise development. |
