| With the development of science and technology and the transformation of lifestyle,consumers’ requirements for clothing have also changed from the original practicality to functionality,efficacy and comfort.In order to ensure the health of consumers and meet the comfort requirements of the wearer,single guide wet textiles emerge.This topic is based on the application of single-guide wet fiber materials,first,PU fiber membrane prepared by electrospinning of hydrophobic layer,Then introduce hydrophilic fiber layer to prepare double layer single guide wet composite fiber film,Select the polyurethane(PU)fibrous membrane material and polylactic acid(PLA),cellulose acetate(CA)Materials are the study subjects,Combined with the design principles of single-guide wet functional textiles,Using the post-finishing method,Make it have a single guide wet hydrophilic and hydrophobic double-sided structure,The main research contents are as follows:First,the morphology of the PU fiber membrane was regulated by the different spinning fluid concentration,spinning voltage,and spinning velocity.The experiment found that the formation of fiber structure was helpful in 20 wt% PU spinning concentration,1 m L/h spinning speed and 20 k V spinning voltage.Next,the characterization of PU fiber film found that the average fiber diameter was 1.70 ± 0.23μm,the fiber film surface showed hydrophobicity,and the average water contact angle was 128°.The PU fiber film can serve as the hydrophobic layer of single guide wet film.Then,when PU and PLA were used as raw materials to prepare double-layer composite fiber membrane,and PLA fiber membrane with different concentrations of spinning fluid was prepared.The effect of different spinning fluid concentration on PLA fiber morphology was studied.After water contact angle test,it was found that different concentrations of PLA fiber membrane showed hydrophobicity.In order to change the hydrophobicity of PLA,PLA was treated with different contents and different treatment times to observe the effect of cross-linker on PLA,it was found that the water contact angle of PLA fiber membrane rapidly decreased to about 0° after cross-linker treatment,showing hydrophilicity.Second,CA fiber membrane is selected as hydrophilic layer,prepare different CA spinning liquid concentration for electrospinning,and then mix different concentrations of PU polymers to further improve the CA fiber morphology and mechanical properties,using electrospinning technology,hydrophilic fiber membrane,1 wt%,2 wt%,3 wt%PU-CA/PU film is hydrophilic,through water contact angle test found that water droplets in 0.4 s,4 wt%-5 wt% PU doped CA/PU fiber membrane is hydrophobic.CA/PU with PU fiber membrane,and the difference of wetting of the two membranes.After liquid water tester test,the results proved that double fiber film has good single guide wet function. |
