| Nanometer TiO2 was modified by the modifier KH550,and WPU was prepared,and then electrospun WPU/PVAL nanocomposite fibers were prepared to look for the best ratio of WPU and PVAL.On the basis of that electrospun WPU/TiO2/PVAL nanocomposite fibers were prepared and the morphology,thermal stability,and photocatalytic properties of the composite fibers were analysed.The results were as follow.(1)Nano-TiO2 was modified by modifier KH550,and different amount of modifier,modification time,and modification temperature were discussed.The optimum modification conditions were obtained when the amount of KH550 modifier was 7%,the modification temperature was 60°C,and the modification time was 2.5 hours(2)WPU was designed and prepared experimentally.Under certain prepolymerization time and temperature,the effect of R value and DMPA dosage on WPU emulsion was discussed.The optimum preparation conditions were obtained when the reaction temperature and reaction time was certain,the R value was 3.9 the amount of DMPA added was 3%.(3)WPU/PVAL nanocomposites were prepared by electrospinning.Under the conditions of certain spinning conditions,experiments were performed on WPU/PVAL with different ratios.WPU and PVAL was blended mechanically.When the WPU/PVAL ratio was 3/7 and the spinning speed and spinning receiving distance was constant the distribution of the composite fibers was uniform.(4)On the basis of previous experimental work,WPU/TiO2/PVAL composite nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning.While the best ratio of WPU/PVAL was 3/7,the amount of nano TiO2 added was changed.Under certain electrospinning conditions,when the amount of nano-TiO2 was 1%,the diameter of the prepared WPU/TiO2/PVAL nanocomposite fiber was uniform,the thermal stability was the best,and the addition amount of 1%can be effective to improve the photocatalytic performance of composite fibers. |
