| In view of the serious dust pollution in comprehensive excavation face,the dust removal equipment can not effectively control the dust pollution at this stage.The methods of theoretical analysis,field measurement,numerical simulation and simulation experiment are adopted.This dissertation studies the vortex blowing suction agglomeration dust control technology in comprehensive excavation face.This technology is very important for dust prevention and control of comprehensive excavation face.The main research results are as follows:The thesis takes the comprehensive excavation face of Suntuan Coal Mine as the research object.Through numerical simulation,the press in ventilation and dust removal technology and long pressure short extraction ventilation and dust removal technology are studied.The results show that the dust migration law under the condition that the blowing pipes are arranged on the left side,the middle and the right side of the roadway respectively.The migration characteristics of particles entrained by air flow are obtained.The characteristics of poor diversion effect and insufficient dust control effect of traditional ventilation and dust control methods are expounded.The design direction that the vortex blowing and suction agglomeration dust control technology needs to strengthen the air flow traction and blowing and suction control ability is clarified.The model of vortex blowing suction agglomeration dust control device is established through theoretical analysis.The components,pipeline characteristics and main influencing factors of the dust removal technology are studied by numerical simulation.The mechanism of vortex blowing suction agglomeration dust control technology is revealed.The specific parameters of air duct,air hole and other components,as well as the internal air flow distribution of single pipe and the air distribution characteristics of multi pipe are obtained.The air velocity distribution and streamline distribution in the device under the conditions of different device structure,jet angle,jet wind speed and transverse position of exhaust duct are obtained.The influence of key factors on the dust control effect of the device is clarified.The best dust control performance parameters of 6blowing pipe structure,30° jet angle,25m/s jet wind speed and the arrangement of exhaust duct are determined.Different particle size and different particle inlet models are established by controlling variable method.The effects of particle size change and particle inlet change on the dust control ability of vortex blowing and suction agglomeration type are studied.The distribution characteristics of particles with different particle sizes by vortex agglomeration are revealed.The effective particle size range of vortex blowing and suction agglomeration dust control device based on the optimal parameters is obtained.The gas dust coupling migration process in the device under different particle inlets is obtained.This paper expounds the dust control characteristics of vortex blowing suction agglomeration dust control device in comprehensive excavation face.The simulation platform of vortex dust suction is built.The wind speed debugging experiment,dust generation experiment and dust reduction experiment are designed.The accuracy and reliability of the experimental design are analyzed.The dust control efficiency and ability of vortex blowing suction agglomeration dust control technology are analyzed.The wind speed distribution of the outlet holes of 6 blowing pipes under the experimental conditions is clarified.The initial dust concentration and stability of the self-made dust generator are obtained.The results show that the total dust reduction efficiency of vortex blowing and suction is up to 94.2% and the dust reduction efficiency of breath dust is up to 90.8%.The research on vortex blowing and suction agglomeration dust control technology in comprehensive excavation face can improve dust control efficiency,improve working environment and reduce the impact of dust pollution.At the same time,it provides new ideas and methods for the research of ventilation and dust control means,which is of great research significance for underground dust control,safe production,occupational safety and health.This thesis has 69 figures,9 tables and 117 references. |
