Coal as the main energy of our country,dust pollution in the process of production and transportation can be seen everywhere,among which coal storage is one of the most important workplaces in the process of coal production.As the coal yard undertakes the functions of coal screening,transportation and so on,the amount of dust produced by each transfer point is increasing day by day,and the pollution is serious.Therefore,it is particularly important to control the dust at the transfer point of the coal storage yard.By means of theoretical analysis,simulation experiment and numerical simulation,a new type of dust control technology for screening and transportation system of coal storage yard is studied in detail in this paper.By comparing the results of simulation and numerical simulation,the advantages and effectiveness of this kind of dust control technology with swirl blowing and suction are confirmed.First of all,this paper puts forward the deficiency and deficiency of traditional dust control mode of belt transfer point in coal yard,that is,it can not effectively reduce the dust content in coal yard.Based on this,the swirl blowing and suction dust control technology is put forward.This dust control technology can form vortex flow in the closed space.Using the bunching ability of vortex airflow can effectively increase the control range of the suction dust and prevent the dust from escaping and depositing.The original parts of the device are introduced in detail in theory,and the working principle and characteristics of the device are analyzed at the same time.Secondly,a set of swirl-flow blowing-suction dust control equipment is developed,and the optimal working parameters are measured by setting up simulation experiment platform.When the wind speed of centrifugal variable frequency blower is 24.07 m/s,the wind speed of high pressure centrifugal fan is 5/s,and the angle of air jet is about 20°,It can make the vortex flow and dust control effect of this set of equipment reach the best;The distribution of air flow velocity field of fan and the control effect of dust under the optimum working parameters are analyzed by using CFD fluid module in COMSOL.The experimental data were in agreement with the results of simulation analysis.Finally,the dust control efficiency of traditional suction and swirl dust control methods is measured by simulation experiments.The average dust collection efficiency of traditional suction dust control technology is 41.19%.The average dust collection efficiency of swirl blowing and suction dust control technology is 93.25%,which far exceeds the traditional dust control method.There are 47 figures,4 tables and 50 references in this thesis.
