| With the promotion of market demand,the further implementation of environmental protection related laws and regulations and the gradual enhancement of human environmental protection awareness,green manufacturing has become the only way to achieve sustainable development.Green manufacturing is a modern development mode that integrates resource benefits and environmental impacts,and the selection of green engineering materials is one of its key steps.Reasonable material selection can play a role in saving resources and energy and protecting the environment.In order to select suitable materials from a large number of engineering materials,the research on the selection method of green engineering materials based on the knowledge of material life cycle is carried out,and the selection tool of green engineering materials is developed.This paper summarizes the selection principles of green engineering materials,and analyzes the selection process of green engineering materials.The selection process mainly includes two processes: material primary selection and material final selection.Then the research on the evaluation method of green engineering materials selection is carried out,and the knowledge-based green engineering material selection method is established in the material primary selection process,and the ideal point method based on the AHP improvement is adopted in the final material selection process.The calculation process of the above material selection method is discussed in detail.Based on the relevant theories and technologies of green engineering materials,ontology knowledge representation and software development,the overall design of the green engineering material selection system is carried out.The system mainly includes the engineering material database,the green engineering material selection knowledge framework and the green engineering material selection tool.The engineering material database provides data support for the material selection decision-making tool.The green engineering material selection knowledge framework provides knowledge and reasoning support for the material selection tool.The knowledge framework is composed of three layers: user interface layer,knowledge representation layer and reasoning layer.The green engineering material selection tools employs the AHP improved ideal point method calculation model and the knowledge-based material selection method,and is developed on IDEA software platform with JAVA language programming,which includes login module,material primary selection module and material final selection module.The knowledge-based material selection method can help users to select required materials from a large number of engineering materials,and the final material selection is completed by the AHP improved ideal point method.Using OWL API and SWRL API in the development platform can integrate the user interface layer,knowledge representation layer and reasoning layer into a complete knowledge framework for green engineering material selection,which provides knowledge reasoning support for material selection tools.The developed engineering material database stores the relevant data information more than 426 kinds of engineering materials,and also builds a hierarchical structure of their concept classes and relationships in Protégé.A group of material selection knowledge cases are constructed,and a set of knowledge rules for material selection are defined.Finally,a die-casting mold material selection is taken as a case study,which demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the presented method and tool. |
