"Made in China 2025" has set "green manufacturing" as one of the five major projects.The three major battles in the government work report of the State Council in 2018 include "pollution prevention and control",which shows that the shortage of resources and increasingly severe environmental conditions make the government vigorously advocate and deploy the green strategy.Environmental problems have been attracted the attention of academia,and are one of the hotspots of today's research.As an important supporting tool for green manufacturing,Life Cycle Assessment(LCA)can identify the impact of products on the environment by quantifying the resources,energy consumption and pollution emission at various stages of the life cycle of the product system.Besides,the machine tool,as the mother machine of industries,is a complex and huge typical mechanical and electrical product,and it will consume a lot of resources and energy in all stages of life cycle,such as manufacturing,transportation,use and recycling,and cause great load to the environment.Therefore,it is necessary to take the machine tool as the object,evaluate and analyze the environmental impact characteristics of the whole life cycle,and make green innovation and optimization design for the machine tools according to the quantitative results,by this way,we can reduce resources consumption and pollution emission from the headstream.Under the support of the national green manufacturing system integration project,"the construction and integration demonstration of the green design platform for metal cutting machine tools"(201656261-1),the research about the life cycle assessment and green innovation optimization design of the machine tools has implemented.Firstly,according to the IS014040 standard,life cycle evaluation framework of high-speed dry hobbing machine tool has established based on four steps,such as target and range,list analysis,influence evaluation and result interpretation.Then the input and output data of machine tool manufacturing,transportation,use and recovery stage are explained in detail according to the investigation information,besides,the evaluation analysis model is established by GaBi which is professional LCA software.Secondly,based on the simulation results of GaBi model,we obtain the resources and environment impact data of high-speed dry hobbing machine tool.Then using ten indexes such as resource depletion coefficient,global warming potential and acidification effect,the green evaluation and analysis of machine tools are carried out from two aspects of resource consumption and environmental impact,and the impact of different parts and different stages of the machine tool and environment on the resources and environment of machine tools is explored.Besides,we choose the key resource environment factors,such as weight lighting,motor efficiency and reuse in the manufacturing stage,use stage and recycling stage,to make the sensitivity analysis.The sensitivity analysis can provide data support and optimization direction for green innovation optimization design of high-speed dry hobbing machine tool.Finally,combining the TRIZ theory and the LCA tool in the innovative design,a green innovation and optimization design method based on TRIZ and LCA is established.Through this method,four optimization plans are put forward for high-speed dry hobbing machine tool,and the optimization effect of each plan is obtained by using LCA tool,more than this,LCA tool can be used to compare and select the best green innovative design plan.
