| With the rapid economic development,people’s demand for fresh food like pacific saury increases,which increases the workload of cold chain logistics of pacific saury.Pacific saury consumes a lot of energy in every link of cold chain logistics,and realizing automatic packaging of pacific saury is an effective way to solve this problem.Research on the automation of pacific saury packaging plays an important role in improving the packaging efficiency and can promote the development of cold chain logistics.Therefore,in order to further improve the logistics efficiency of fresh food like pacific saury in cold chain logistics and vigorously develop green logistics,it is necessary to increase the research on packaging automation of pacific saury.The automation of pacific saury packaging can not only reduce production costs,but also greatly promote the efficiency of cold chain logistics,which is an indispensable link in cold chain logistics.According to the characteristics of pacific saury product,the automatic packing device of pacific saury was studied and designed.As for the specific research and design of pacific saury packing device,the equipment will be designed from two aspects of structure and control system.In structural design,the equipment to product packing,foam box capping,carton folding and carton winding four processes to design the overall structure;In terms of control system,hardware,working program and touch screen control interface are studied and designed.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Combined with the needs of packing of pacific saury,the functions of packing,encapsulation,conveying and counting are studied and designed respectively.Adopt modular design method,divide the pacific saury packing device into eight functional modules,and design and model the eight functional modules respectively.On the basis of the existing packaging device,the packaging device conforming to the characteristics of pacific saury was designed.The shape structure of pacific saury packaging device takes full account of the installation of electrical equipment hardware,and the rationality of the structure of the pacific saury packing device is verified by establishing a 3D model assembly through CATIA.(2)For the packing of pacific saury,the counting of the pacific saury is done,and the preparation and completion of the next round of packing is completed,and so on and so forth.For the packaging of pacific saury,the design considers two aspects: firstly,the foam box lid is precisely positioned by suction cups,then the carton is packed,and finally the carton is taped and wrapped.(3)The motion characteristic of the winding device is simulated by Adams,and the motion characteristic of the mechanism is analyzed.The motion characteristic curve of the parts in the winding device is obtained through simulation.Finally,the stability of the device is verified by analyzing the simulation results.Because the winding device of the device needs strong hardness and strength,in order to meet the performance requirements of continuous cyclic winding of the mechanism.The ring mechanism in winding device is analyzed by ANSYS finite element method to verify the rationality of the device design.(4)Determine the hardware device of the control system consists of PC industrial computer,touch screen,PLC,stepper motor,servo motor,cylinder,solenoid valve and a number of sensors and other hardware,and select the components.For the control system design of the device,it is necessary to consider the interplay of components such as sensors,motors,and touch screens,complete the port assignment of components,and draw the hardware wiring diagram.Then use PLC as the central processor,and write the program for PLC to complete the precise control of each component.The program was tested and verified online in the simulator.Through online detection and verification in the simulator,the simulation results show that the program can compile normally without any faults or errors.Therefore,this program has stability and feasibility,and provides a reference for the trial production and test verification of the whole device prototype in the later period.(5)Complete the interface design of packaging device control system.Increase the convenience of human-computer interaction,packaging device PLC control system graphical interface construction.Establish text and I/O domains,and connect the upper interface buttons with the data variables in the PLC program to realize the control of each hardware on the touch screen.In this paper,based on the need of automating the packaging of pacific saury,we designed an automatic packing device of Pacific saury with PLC as the electrical control system by using modeling software and PLC control technology,taking the pacific saury packing device as the research object.The results of the modeling assembly and PLC program simulation show that the baling device is innovative in structural design,and the baling system has certain reliability,stability and anti-interference capability,which is important for the development of the current prototype of the packing device. |
