At present,domestic water pollution incidents are frequent,and the regulatory authorities are constantly strengthening management.However,due to the need to supervise many enterprises and frequent illegal pollution discharge incidents,the domestic water pollution problem is still serious.Water is the root of our existence.Domestic per capita freshwater reserves are relatively small.How to protect freshwater resources is of great significance.By designing and implementing an early warning platform for river pollution monitoring,this paper conducts real-time monitoring and real-time early warning of all recorded rivers and factory sewage outlets in the platform.The human and material costs of the regulatory authorities and prevent the rapid spread of water pollution.Aiming at the problem of traceability of sudden water pollution incidents in rivers,this paper uses the coupling relationship between the forward and reverse mass probability densities to realize the decoupling between the location of the pollution source,the discharge time and the discharge intensity of the pollution source.Based on the tracer experimental monitoring data of the Truckee River in the United States,a method for tracing the source of sudden water pollution incidents in the river based on the improved firefly algorithm was established.In the process of solving,the monitoring data is divided into training set and experimental set,and the hydrological parameters of the river are adjusted by using the improved firefly algorithm through the training set data.,through the results of variance analysis,the monitoring section data with large traceability errors were excluded.The research results show that the traceability results have high accuracy and have the ability to correct the errors of monitoring data,which has certain guiding significance for the actual river sudden water pollution incidents.Aiming at the dynamic real-time pollutant monitoring of rivers,this paper designs and implements pollution source monitoring functions,pollution source tracking service functions,and accident analysis functions by developing a river pollution monitoring and early warning platform.Finally,the functional and non-functional requirements of the platform are discussed.System test,the test results show that the platform meets the expected goals of this paper.
