The system of drilling and anchoring machine includes the functions of drilling car,raking machine and anchor machine,which solves the problem that traditional rock drilling facilities need multiple equipment to increase the connection time of each process of site operation,resulting in long construction time,and improves the level of fine blasting operation and driving speed.Scraper system as a key part of the drill an all-in-one PC,the stand or fall of its performance directly affects the overall performance of the loading anchor drilling machine and the work efficiency,with the improvement of driving speed loading anchor drilling machine,the efficiency of the scraper system should also be increased accordingly,how to improve the efficiency of the scraper system of grilled slag has long been in the industry watches,So the research of scoop system has important theoretical significance and economic value.This topic takes a certain type of drilling and anchoring machine as an example to carry on the relevant research work,focusing on the drilling and anchoring machine scraper system as the research object,using the relevant data to redesign a double scraper structure,the double scraper structure has a higher slag utilization rate,and combined with the actual situation to establish the scraper system 3d model.Secondly,through the mechanical analysis of the all-in-one drilling and anchoring machine under three dangerous conditions,the maximum deformation and stress of the scraper mechanism under different dangerous conditions are obtained,which provides a design reference for the strength analysis of the scraper mechanism.Finally do the finite element statics analysis the scraper mechanism and the scraper mechanism as a whole and local analysis results,through analysis of the topology optimization for large arm position,makes the improved structure meet the strength requirements at the same time saves the structural materials,make a design of the scraper mechanism can achieve good performance and low cost of production.
