As the three major energy sources in the world and the main energy source in China,coal plays an important role in the healthy development of the national economy.However,with the rapid improvement of coal mining technology and mechanization level,the dust production of fully mechanized excavation face is also further increased,which brings great hidden dangers to miners’ health and coal mine safety production.Due to its simple and compact structure and safe and clean power source,air-water combined power dust collector is being more and more used in coal mine dust removal.However,at present,there is little research on the air-water combined power dust collector,and there is a lack of relevant technical guidance on its service conditions.Therefore,this paper takes the air-water combined power dust collector as the research object,and develops the air-water combined power dust collector experimental system.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the working characteristics of the air-water combined power dust collector,the design requirements of the air-water combined power dust collector experimental system are analyzed,and the overall design scheme of the air-water combined power dust collector experimental system is determined.According to the scheme,the design and selection of dust source system,air duct and power system are completed.Through the research and analysis of the test methods of the performance parameters of the air-water combined power dust collector,the selection and layout of the measuring instrument are completed,and the reliability of the measuring system is verified by calculating the maximum measurement error of the experimental system.Secondly,in order to test the rationality of the experimental system design of airwater combined power dust collector,the gas-phase flow field and Discrete-Phase numerical simulation of the experimental system are carried out by using FLUENT software.By analyzing the distribution of the internal flow field and dust concentration of the experimental system under different working conditions,the rationality of the layout of the measuring points of the test system is verified,and the theoretical guidance is provided for the experimental study of the performance of the air-water combined power dust collector.Finally,taking KJS-280 YQ air-water combined power dust collector as the test object,the experimental scheme is determined,and the measurement and calculation of relevant performance parameters of the air-water combined power dust collector are completed.The variation laws of air volume,water consumption,liquid gas ratio and dust removal efficiency of the dust collector under different working conditions are analyzed.The operation parameter optimization of air-water combined power dust collector is realized.By comparing the experimental data and simulation data,the reliability of the simulation results is verified.Finally,the field test is used to verify the reliability of the parameters obtained from the experiment.The experimental system of air-water combined power dust collector designed in this paper can complete the performance test of air-water combined power dust collector under different working conditions,provide hardware support for the matching research of dust removal efficiency and optimal operating parameters of air-water combined power dust collector,and is of great significance to the optimal design and rational use of wind water linkage dust collector.Figure 47 Table 18 Reference 79...
