In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s industry,the problem of industrial water pollution has become increasingly prominent.Wuhu is located in the Yangtze river basin,and its industrial production mainly include electronic appliances,new building materials,biological pharmaceutical and automobile manufacture four pillar industries,there are certain industrial water pollutant discharge,it involves the testing project category is various,process is complex,time-consuming,detection means are limited,city real-time online monitoring of industrial water pollutant emission control blind Angle.It is necessary to develop an information management system with low power consumption to quickly detect industrial water pollutants and complete real-time upload,so as to help the government to effectively supervise the discharge of industrial water pollutants.Therefore,the design and implementation of industrial water pollution monitoring system based on NB-IoT is proposed.The system carries out research and analysis from NB-IoT technology and water pollution monitoring technology at home and abroad,and applies NB-IoT wireless network communication technology to the design of industrial water pollution monitoring system.After determining the use of wireless communication network NB-IoT technology as the data transmission mode,the design principles and requirements of the project are further analyzed and studied,and the overall design framework of the industrial water pollution monitoring system is clarified.The system is carried out from three parts: the embedded design of lower computer,the design of NB-IoT network and the design of information management platform of upper computer.The main control unit of the embedded design of the lower computer selects the data processor with STM32 chip as the core to control the water quality monitoring sensor and collect water quality parameters.After processing by the main control unit STM32,the NB-IoT module wirelessly transmits the data to the cloud transparent transmission platform,that is,the communication connection between the data of the lower computer and the information management platform of the upper computer is established through the cloud transparent transmission platform.The cloud transparent transmission platform is mainly responsible for data uploading and instruction issuing.The information management platform of the upper computer establishes a connection through the interface of the cloud transparent transmission server to obtain the data of the cloud transparent transmission platform,so as to realize the storage and management of monitoring data and visual analysis of industrial water quality pollutant data.The upper computer information management system is designed based on Visual Studio development software,and the effective monitoring of industrial water pollution data is realized through the real-time interaction between the database and the upper computer platform.The interface of the information management and monitoring platform of the upper computer is designed by windowerization.After logging in to the water pollution monitoring system,the monitors can view the data of water pollution in the monitoring region in real time,the geographical location of the monitoring region,and the historical data of industrial water pollution and the evaluation and analysis of water quality through the database window.Finally,the system was tested in the water area of Shenshan Park in Wuhu.The system test mainly includes the functional debugging of the hardware of the lower computer and the testing of the interface between the server of cloud transparent transmission platform and the upper computer.The experimental results show that the design structure of the system runs stably,and can meet the collection,monitoring and management of industrial water pollution temperature,turbidity,PH value and total dissolved solids parameters.The display function of the upper computer meets the requirements of real-time online monitoring of industrial water pollution discharge and water quality evaluation and analysis. |
