As the core technology of the manufacturing industry,mold technology is known as the "mother of industry".There are many types of mold production products in mold companies,and the production batch is small.A very significant feature in the production process of the workshop is that the production is not centralized enough,the degree of discreteness is very obvious,and the mold products themselves also have many problems,such as the structure is too complex,the production and manufacturing Therefore,the production scheduling process in the workshop of the mold enterprise is very complicated for the production of the mold enterprise.It is a very typical operation mode for the production of specific orders for customers.Just In Time(JIT)is a very popular production method since the last century."Just In Time" describes a strategy and method of manufacturing enterprises in the production process.The required parts are delivered to the workshop production line or warehouse in an unbiased time at just the right "just-in-time" time point in the required quantity.My research is based on the production method of "just-in-time",and based on the basic idea of just-in-time system,I have determined the production scheduling goal of the workshop of the mold enterprise,established the scheduling model of the workshop production of the mold enterprise,and designed the improvement of adding the evolutionary variation strategy.The genetic algorithm provides an effective and feasible solution for solving the scheduling problem of the workshop of the mold enterprise.The main points of my research are as follows:First of all,the production scheduling problem of the mold workshop is analyzed and studied in detail,and the general business process of the mold enterprise is summarized through the field inspection of a mold enterprise in Ezhou,Hubei Province.From the classification of scheduling problems,the research methods of scheduling problems are discussed.Starting from the evaluation index of scheduling problems and the scheduling difficulties faced by scheduling problems,the scheduling problems in the actual production process of the workshop of mold enterprises are studied in detail,and a Schedule the model and solve the model.Under the just-in-time production method,the scheduling objectives of the workshop of the mold enterprise were studied,the "just-in-time" guiding ideology was established,and models of parts,processes(sub-processes)and machines were established to symbolize the relevant parameters and put forward the priority of urgency.,the uniformity is the priority,the equipment work arrangement is "tight before and loose",the four scheduling strategies of equipment load balance and task distribution balance improve the effect of the scheduling model.Aiming at the established scheduling model and the proposed specific scheduling strategy,the objective function and constraints of the model are determined,an improved scheduling algorithm based on genetic algorithm is proposed,and an evolutionary mutation strategy is proposed.Using the matrix coding method,the row and column represent the workpiece serial number and the process serial number of the workpiece respectively.The actual workshop production data verification algorithm of a mold company in Hubei Ezhou and a plastic mold company in Huangshi was used,and a good scheduling effect was obtained,which effectively improved the evolution efficiency of individual quality in the offspring population,and proved the effectiveness of the scheduling algorithm.Starting from the actual needs of mold enterprises,the workshop production scheduling system of mold enterprises based on NX secondary development technology is designed.The system includes two basic modules: basic data management and production scheduling management,which improves the system design and realizes the corresponding functions.
