| In recent years,with the increase of pneumoconiosis in coal miners’ occupational diseases.coal dust treatment has been paid attention to gradually;on the other hand,biomass residues have not been properly treated,so that they have often been incinerated and buried in the past,and air pollution has become more and more serious,and its proper handling problems should be urgently solved.Therefore,the strategic idea of comprehensive utilization of biomass has been put forward by many researchers.In this paper,the rice husk straw was used as the research object,and the composite coal dust suppressant was successfully developed by separating the components of the rice husk straw and modifying it.The main studies and conclusions are as follows:1)The components of rice husk straw were separated and modified to separate hemicellulosic,silica,lignin and cellulose by step alkali method.The optimized process conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 75 ℃,Na OH concentration 0.75mol/L and reaction time 4 h;The reaction temperature was 55 ℃,the concentration of Na OH was 3 mol/L,and the reaction time was 3 h.The influence of seven factors on the substitution degree of carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)was explored.The substitution degree of CMC was 1.12.2)A compound coal dust suppressant was developed.The wetting agent(octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(OP-10)),water retaining agent(triethanolamine)and binder(CMC)were tested by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The formula of compound coal dust suppressant:1 wt.% OP-10,0.1 wt.% 6# CMC and1.5 wt.% triethanolamine.By comparing the wind erosion rate and economic benefit of composite coal dust suppressor and commercial coal dust suppressor,the wind erosion rate of composite coal dust suppressor is 98.46 %,which is superior to commercial dust suppressor.In this paper,rice husk straw was used as raw material to explore the production process of CMC,and CMC was mixed with triethanolamine and OP-10 to obtain a compound coal dust suppressor.It provides a systematic research method for the comprehensive utilization of rice husk straw and dust pollution control,and has practical research value.Figure [38] Table [16] Reference [186]... |
