| In the international market,oil economy has always been a hot topic for a long time.In recent years,the fluctuation of oil price caused by the turbulence of the international situation has always attracted the attention of heads of government.The scarcity of natural oil and the wide demand for oil in China make the storage containers of oil have strict regulatory requirements.As the saying goes,as the main oil storage container in the current oil market,the accuracy and accuracy of the attribute value of the large vertical oil storage tank is always related to the amount of oil stored.It has an important reference value for the statistics of oil storage in the future,and also provides strong data support for the strategic deployment of oil in the future.At present,the capacity measurement system of large vertical tank does not have a complete evaluation method,and when analyzing the capacity measurement system of vertical tank,all capacity attributes cannot be taken into account,and the correlation between each capacity attribute is not considered,so it is impossible to know what kind of measurement error the whole measurement system will bring.This paper deals with the measurement system according to the diversity of the characteristics of the capacity measurement system of vertical tank,and discusses the applicability of the capacity measurement system of vertical tank by using relevant methods.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the multiple measurement system of measurement type,the volumetric measurement data of vertical storage tank is fully collected.Firstly,the volumetric measurement system of vertical storage tank is analyzed by single measurement system,and the applicability of the measurement system is preliminarily obtained.Proposed by subjective preference of vertical tank quality characteristics and the correlation between the quality characteristics,thus considering the subjective preferences of projection pursuit model is established,using artificial fish algorithm to determine the optimal projection direction,and from two aspects of subjective and objective is given based on the subjective preference of multivariate capability assessment of the measurement system.This model can evaluate the acceptability of the measurement system,so as to preliminatively judge whether the quality characteristics will affect the acceptability of the measurement system under the action of subjective preference.(2)In order to better explain the error sources of measuring system,using factor analysis method to analyze multiple measurement system,because most of the methods can only from the perspective of quantitative judgment whether meet the requirements of measurement environment,multiple measuring system and not the specific display multivariate quality characteristics and the correlation between the error.Therefore,on the basis of the principal component analysis,the maximum value method and orthogonal rotation method,combined with the correlation between the quality characteristics,the reduced-order model to evaluate multivariable measuring system,obtained the relationship between the error sources of volatility.(3)In order to verify the rationality and validity of the proposed theory,of vertical storage tank measuring system for the evaluation and analysis of the system.In preliminary judgment on the basis of the original complete measuring system,explains the sources of the measurement system error and the error between the relevance: in a vertical tank capacity measurement system,measurement error mainly from measuring components,rather than internal measurement system.Studies show that the proposed two methods can be used to interact,both considering the needs of actual measurement,and the ability of multiple measurement system analysis for the future evaluation method provides a new train of thought. |
