Pixel is a graphic with jagged edges produced due to the limi tations of computer technology.The graphics and image transformatio n combined with pixels are pixelation.Such formal language with h ighly generality,order and purity in unit vision has become a ne w direction of creation for jewelry artists and designers.This pe rmutation and combination creation based on pixels presents a uniqu e visual effect.Research topic of this paper is based on pixel form language of jewelry design research,through the literature review method,i mage analysis,case analysis and inductive analysis method,first u nderstand pixels change related concept,secondly from composition,optical illusion,concise,and the unity of heavy and complicated and the mass of pixels by analyzing features of formal language,once again,Based on the case,the characteristics of the pixelate d formal language reflected in jewelry design are summarized,and the pixelated formal language reflected in jewelry case is explored from the order,purity,fun,visual illusion and popularity.Finall y,based on the theoretical research,experimental jewelry design i s carried out with pixelated formal language as the expression tec hnique.In today’s era of rapid development of science and technology,w e have been inevitably surrounded by digital,technology not only affects people’s life,but also the impact of ideas,and every time the evolution of art is inseparable from the development of the era background.With the change of The Times,the formal lang uage of jewelry also changes.Pixelation is an element of The Tim es,and the relevant concepts are analyzed and considered.The for m language of pixelation is used for jewelry design,so that the form language of jewelry presents new characteristics of The Times,presents diversified possibilities,and provides a new trend and di rection for the development of jewelry design.
