| At present,the ancient oil pressing machines lack a systematic induction and reduction.They have been rooted in China for thousands of years,and their unique vitality still exists today.Therefore,before traditional skills are on the verge of disappearing,it is necessary to systematically sort out and retain these "living" historical materials.And it can be combined with soil and ocean in the modern oil industry,and it can continue to play a role in some special areas.The structural appearance and integrity research of ancient oil presses may bring some technical and aesthetic inspiration to the design of modern oil presses.This paper sorts out the development of traditional oil presses from the technical level,and uses the ergonomic analysis method to scientifically deduce the rationality and authenticity of its development.This paper studies the structure and ergonomics of traditional oil presses,and mainly restores the structure of the presses in Wang Zhen’ s Nong Shu and Works of Heaven.One is the lever press,including wine press,small lever press,and oil beam press;the other is the wedge press,which is divided into horizontal groove type and vertical groove type.Combined with the content parameters of ergonomics,such as working posture,working space,hand-held tools,working interface,safety devices,etc.,horizontal and vertical comparisons were made to analyze the ergonomics of the structural dimensions and operation methods of typical machines in each period.Conclusion It is found that the oil beam press and the vertical southern press have obvious advantages,and are labor-saving and efficient in terms of ergonomics.The beam press has a large processing capacity and a comfortable operating posture,and the vertical wedge press has a large operating space and is relatively safe,which brings comfort and pleasure to the workers psychologically.Oil beam press and Nanfang press have relatively reasonable structural scales,which can reduce human fatigue and improve work efficiency. |
