Welders,as a professional group that must be under forced stretching,often cause joint musculoskeletal disorders due to early muscle fatigue in the operation process,and the misoperation caused by early muscle fatigue is the main cause of frequent accidents in production.Based on this,ergonomics research on welding postures of workers will be carried out in this study.The main purpose is to provide suggestions for improvement of welding workers' postures.In view of the problem that the environment variables are difficult to set in the design of the practical welding operation,the digital human body modeling software provides a dynamic simulation platform for the task of welding,and makes it easier to execute.Therefore,the JACK software is used to simulate the welding tasks and standing welding operation is adopted for welding posture.In this experiment,first,the human body measurement parameters of the Chinese welders are localized,the digital man and the welding gun model are constructed,and three sets of welding action modules are designed,and the simulation animation is made.Secondly,through the lifting technique of the arm of the arm,additional evaluation of the radius of the arm(hand),the height of the arm(hand),the design of visibility discriminant and the calculation angle of view,combined with the lower back assessment(LBA),the comfort assessment(CA),the OVAKO working posture analysis(OWAS),and the rapid upper limb assessment(RULA).The weight of the welding gun,the visibility of the welder and the force of the torso on the welder are measured and evaluated.The adjustment strategy of the welder's upper limb,and the weight adjustment strategy of the welding gun,the adjustment strategy of the welder's neck posture is put forward.The results show that the weight of the welding gun should not be higher than 6KG;according to the welder percentage shape,the corresponding welder's optimum operating distance is taken between 271,321,371 and 421 mm,and the corresponding welding gun is removed from the ground height between 1000,1050,1100 and1150mm;the horizontal rotation angle of the welder should not exceed 15 degrees,and the vertical rotation angle should not exceed 8.7 degrees.
