Threshing and redrying is the front-end raw material processing link of cigarette production and processing.How to tap the internal quality of tobacco raw materials and improve the structural rationality and internal quality stability of finished tobacco leaves is a common problem that threshing and redrying enterprises need to face.At present,the means to improve the internal quality of raw materials are still limited to the allocation of tobacco raw materials,and there is a lack of research on the processing technology of the regional differences of each tobacco leaf,Excavate the use value of tobacco leaves and improve the utilization efficiency of raw materials.Taking the tobacco leaves in central Henan processed by Baofeng redrying plant of Tianchang Co.,Ltd.in 2020 and 2021 as raw materials,this experiment systematically studied the quality differences of tobacco leaves in different locations and the effects of different cutting methods on the beating quality,and studied the process optimization technology of cut tobacco leaves.The main results are as follows:Among the physical characteristics of different locations of tobacco leaves,the filling value and tensile strength of the middle location of tobacco leaves are the smallest,the filling value to the location of leaf tip and leaf base becomes larger,the filling value of leaf base is the largest,and the shear force and thickness of tobacco leaves gradually decrease from leaf tip to leaf base;The differences of total sugar,reducing sugar and sugar alkali ratio among different locations reached significant or extremely significant levels,and from leaf tip to leaf base(from FQ-1 to FQ-10),the content of total sugar and reducing sugar increased first and then decreased,the content of total nitrogen decreased first and then increased,and the content of nicotine decreased gradually.There were significant differences in total aroma,alcohols,aldehydes,lipids and lactones among cutting locations.The difference of aroma quality,aroma quantity,miscellaneous gas,aftertaste score and total score of sensory quality between different locations reached a significant or extremely significant level,and the aftertaste score decreased linearly from leaf tip to leaf base.The score of aroma quality,aroma quantity,miscellaneous gas,concentration and total score of sensory quality increased first and then decreased in a parabola.The highest value of total score of sensory quality appeared in from FQ-3 to FQ-5.Based on the differences of physical characteristics and chemical quality of tobacco leaves and the results of cluster analysis,the cutting position is between from FQ-2 to FQ-3 and from FQ-7 to FQ-9.Based on the different internal quality of tobacco leaves in different regions,five different cutting methods were adopted.The results showed that compared with the conventional "one knife and two sections",that is,the mixed processing of leaves after cutting at 25 cm of the leaf base,"the leaf base and leaf identity were processed separately after cutting","one knife and two sections,the leaf base entered four dozen" and "three knives and four sections" significantly improved the large and medium-sized leaf rate of tobacco leaves after volume beating.Among them,the "separate processing of leaf base and leaf identity after cutting" also significantly reduces the small fragment rate and fragment rate,the coefficient of variation of nicotine is small,the actual yield of leaf and long stem in the economic indicators of tobacco leaves are significantly improved,and the actual yield of fragments is reduced.This method is highly operable and has important popularization and application value.The study on the key parameters of threshing and redrying after tobacco cutting shows that the standard error and coefficient of variation of total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen,nicotine,potassium and chlorine in the chemical components of tobacco leaves after cutting are greatly reduced,and the quality stability of tobacco leaves is significantly increased.The sensory quality of tobacco leaves treated with 18.5%moisture content is better than that of other treatments,especially the amount and concentration of aroma.Secondly,the sensory quality of tobacco leaves treated with17.5% moisture content can significantly improve the quality of tobacco structure on the premise of ensuring the moisture permeability of raw materials in hot air moistening leaves.The threshing intensity of 600 R / min is suitable,which can not only ensure a high rate of large and medium-sized pieces,but also control the content of fragments and debris to a certain extent,followed by 550 R / min.Under medium redrying intensity,although the improvement of large slice rate is not obvious,the large and medium slice rate of tobacco leaves is improved,and the chemical qualities such as total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen,nicotine,potassium and chlorine are improved to a certain extent.After redrying,the sensory quality,aroma quality,aroma quantity and irritation are significantly improved,and the sensory quality evaluation is the best.Through the quality analysis between different location locations and the research on the optimization of different location technology and related processes,it can reduce the crushing of tobacco leaves,improve the yield of tobacco leaves,reduce the loss of chemical components,highlight the quality of high-quality tobacco leaves through different leaf part,make full use of medium-quality tobacco leaves,and further broaden the application value of tobacco leaves.
