Tobacco threshing and redrying technology is now commonly used in raw tobacco processing technology. It has greatly improved of the shortcomings bringing by the traditional redrying technology. However, advanced technology has not advanced the efficiency of laboratory testing greatly, most of the content still needs to be completed by the artificial.Because of the rapid development of information technology, fast, efficient and accurate has been a theme of modern companies. How to make a more accurate testing data, work more efficient, increase the competitiveness of enterprises has became an important topic. This issue is to make the testing of tobacco threshing and redrying laboratory more accurate, more efficient. At present, there are a lot of topics, which need to be studied, of tobacco threshing and redrying enterprise management systems in the automatic data collection, dynamic monitoring and analysis. Failing to research of equipment parameters deeply, although many enterprises also did depth research, they failed to achieve good results.This study is based on detailed study of various aspects of production and testing, and analysis the demands of enterprise management. it achieves the automatic collection of data by the detailed study of Brabender moisture meter, at the same time by the establishment of autoregressive moving average model ARMA, it can analysis the trend of online monitoring.Problems encountered in the production and application have been improved. The system gives full account of actual needs in the establish of database and partition of modules. It has obvious advantages in the simplicity of operation, the data automatic collection, dynamic monitoring and superscalar feedback.Based on the reality, tobacco threshing and redrying is summarized by the Paper. Express key parameters and key process of monitoring points, analysis the modules based on security, portability and operation. Secondly, design the system by the actual demands and operational requirements. Finally, based on practical application of this system, the conclusions of the system has been obtained.
