Research On Modern Furniture Design Based On Transparent Material

In modern furniture design,transparent materials do not have a long history of development like wood and other materials,but more decorative materials as part of furniture appear in people’s vision.Transparent material is widely used in furniture design and its crystal clear texture gives it special visual performance.Transparent material is applied in furniture not only the visual glamour that can highlight furniture,still can reveal the design concept of avant-courier.This topic is based on transparent materials,to explore the design of modern furniture.Firstly,the characteristics of transparency are described,the application of transparent materials in design is analyzed,and the transparent materials commonly used in furniture design are sorted and classified,and then the visual characteristics,functions and performances of transparent materials in modern furniture design are discussed.Secondly,the representative transparent material acrylic material is taken as an example to analyze the acrylic material and explain the application characteristics of acrylic material in furniture design.Finally,transparent acrylic material was selected for innovative design of furniture.In the process of carrying out innovative design,the audience and style of furniture positioning,based on the youth group and simple style.The natural image and the expression of graphic language are applied in the transmission of furniture design concept.At the same time,by using the corresponding design basis,the furniture innovation strategy of simple modeling,diversified materials,visual presentation of images and emotional color collocation is put forward.On this basis,fully combined with the transparency of acrylic materials and rich visual expression,so as to achieve the design of geometric cabinet,waveform side table,folding screen,falling flower device,so that the innovative design can meet the needs of the audience for furniture to the greatest extent.The innovative application of transparent material in modern furniture design should not only be the unique pursuit of designers,but should enter ordinary people’s homes,making it a way of design expression with aesthetic concept,and then be promoted.This topic I hope by the power of design to transparent material in the modern furniture design innovation,at the same time,this is also a designer shall have the responsibility,transparent material should not be mass on the shelf as a collection,but should be as an important carrier design gives furniture furniture design semantic connotation and innovation design,the design of more performance.
