| With the continuous advancement of science and technology,human research has developed from traditional materials to nanomaterials.In the past 20 years,carbon nanomaterials have been one of the most dynamic fields in the design and preparation of nanomaterials,and the unique properties of carbon nanomaterials have become the research focus of scientists at home and abroad.In this paper,new carbon nanostructured materials-carbon nanopearl chains and carbon nanospheres are prepared by chemical vapor deposition method and different experimental schemes.The specific study process and conclusions are as follows:1、The study using chemical gas deposition(CVD)method,only reaction carrying gas,preferred purity of 99.99% hydrogen,the carbon precursor is the key morphology control of carbon nanostructure materials,benzene as carbon precursor,thiophene as growth promoter,growth substrate using magnetron sputter nickel(10nm)film silicon wafer,the whole process of preparation is always maintained in the hydrogen atmosphere.The obtained carbon nanopearl chain has a special morphology consisting of carbon nanofibers and graphitized carbon spheres.Through scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),Raman spectrometer(Raman)and other characterization instruments,the growth factors and formation mechanism of carbon nano-pearl chains were deeply studied.The controlled variable method was used to study the influence of the flow rate of hydrogen during the growth process,the length of the reaction time during the experiment,and thiophene on the synthesis scale and structure of carbon nano-pearl chains.2、In addition,we tried to use chemical vapor deposition method to synthesize large-area carbon nanospheres on a silicon substrate coated with a cobalt catalyst film,and also maintained the four reaction stages for experimental operations,and determined the best experiment for preparing nanocarbon spheres.The structure was characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM)and Raman spectrometer(Raman).The carbon nano-pearl chains and carbon nano-spheres prepared in this work have unique morphological structures,excellent physical and chemical properties,and can enhance the matrix to synthesize strong and tough carbon-based nanocomposites.In addition,the unique structure composition may open up new prospects for carbon nanomaterials in the fields of electrochemistry,energy chemical industry,sensors,and energy storage. |
