The membrane bioreactor is new and efficient sewage treatment system process com-bined with the traditional biological wastewater treatment technology, which is based on or-ganic membrane separation technology. The membrane bioreactor has taken effective advan-tage of separation ability of the membrane module, which could greatly improve the muddywater separation efficiency. In the membrane pool, HRT and SRT are independent of eachother, which could lead to the increase of sludge concentration, the appearance of dominantflora, significant improvement of the rate of biochemical reactions, the striking decrease ofthe remaining sludge and the reduction of covering area. Meanwhile, due to the advantages ofthe structure of the system,combined with an on-line monitoring system,the degree of au-tomation is more obvious than other water treatment methods. And the remote monitoringcould be achieved.This article is based on a complete water treatment projects. From technology selection,design and mapping, construction and construction to the commissioning and trial operation,it completed the entire project.In this thesis, we need treatment the wastewater which mainly is complex drug pro-duction wastewater,inflow water is mainly the bottle cleaning wastewater,cleaning theequipment and the ground water,sanitary sewage.Considered the project’s design capacity of120m3/d,main pollutants in sewage is residues compounded drugs and a small amount ofsewage plant. Inflow water CODcr≤500mg/L,BOD5≤180mg/L, NH3-N≤35mg/L,effluent wa-ter is required to water reuse standards. Technological process: The sewage flows throughsettling basin to adjust pool, and then come into the MBR membrane pool for biochemicaltreatment, effluent water come into the tank or discharged into municipal pipe network. Re-gulating tanks partially filled with filler, it has the function of anaerobic treatment.MBR isintegrated structure, automatic control equipment installed therein, It is ease of processingequipment and on-site installation.When the system starts up,We need to adding the activated sludge which comes fromsewage treatment plant to the membrane in the pool. We adopt the mode of aeration and add-ing the nutrients, activated sludge acclimated, we gradually increase the water load. After15days, the quality of effluent water is stability. The average of Effluent water CODcris14.30mg/L, BOD5is5.47mg/L. Treatment effect is far superior to discharged into municipal pipe network standards, water quality achieve reuse standard.
