In this paper,the base of the monolithic catalyst is composed of nickel foam(NF),different sheet-like nanostructures are grown on the foam nickel metal skeleton,and the active components are loaded through different supporting forms,and then the monolithic catalyst with excellent catalytic activity and recovery performance is prepared,the catalyst is applied to the hydrogenation of nitrile rubber,the details are as follows:(1)NiO/NF was obtained by vertically growing Ni(OH)2 flakes with nickel foam as the substrate,and after high temperature treatment,the Pd/Ni O@NF catalyst was successfully prepared by impregnating and supporting Pd(II)on the surface of the support.The effect of treatment temperature on the structure and morphology of Ni O nanoflakes was studied.The specific surface area of Ni O/NF supports obtained after heat treatment at 400℃was 6 times that of NF.At the same time,the interaction between the transition metal oxide Ni O on the catalyst surface and the active component Pd was studied.XPS and its elemental analysis showed that there was a strong synergy between them.Compared with the Pd/NF catalyst,the catalytic activity of the Pd/Ni O@NF catalyst is significantly improved,and HNBR with a hydrogenation degree of 93.2%can be obtained by reacting at room temperature for 3 h,which solves the problem of insufficient activity of the heterogeneous hydrogenation catalyst.(2)In order to solve the problem that the catalyst activity decreases due to the loss of active components during the hydrogenation process,a new hydrogenation catalyst Ni-Al-Pd Cl42-LDH/NF was prepared by urea hydrolysis and ion exchange.The effect of Ni2+/Al3+feeding ratio on the specific surface area of LDHs was studied,and the successful introduction of guest active anion Pd Cl42-was proved by means of XRD,FTIR,SEM and XPS.Compared with the supported catalyst Pd/Ni-Al LDH@NF,the Ni-Al-Pd Cl42-LDH/NF catalyst has better catalytic activity and recovery stability,HNBR with a hydrogenation degree of 92.8%can be obtained by reacting at room temperature for 3 hours,and it still maintains good catalytic activity after three consecutive uses.
