Based on the metal tailings micropowder manufacturing industry as the research object,and on the basis of introducing the research background and significance of the MES(Manufacturing Execution System)of the metal tailings micropowder manufacturing execution system,the current situation of the informatization of the metal tailings micropowder production and the application of MES in the manufacturing industry are discussed.The development status of China,the application of MES in the tailings micropowder manufacturing industry,and the related technologies of metal tailings micropowder production are analyzed at home and abroad.The main research points and achievements are as follows:Firstly,combined with the metal tailings micropowder production line and production process,the information flow and control flow are sorted out,and the application requirements of the metal tailings micropowder MES system are put forward.According to different production units,the production process of metal tailings fine powder is divided into 7 businesses: logistics,equipment,production line,energy consumption,quality,authority and inventory,and the demand analysis of each business is carried out in combination with the production process,and the most suitable system is proposed through demand analysis.Architectural Patterns.Secondly,according to the production characteristics of metal tailings micropowder,the MES system design principles are proposed,and the functional modules of the MES system are designed according to 7 kinds of business.In view of the lack of information management and control of metal tailings fine powder production,the technical framework of metal tailings fine powder MES system is designed in the mode of "UI + front end + back end + database",and the framework is divided into two modules: data acquisition module and dynamic control module.Improve the construction level of information management and control.According to the requirements of MES system,it is necessary to meet the comprehensiveness and timeliness of data collection in the production process of metal tailings micropowder,sort out the multi-dimensional micropowder production data and the logical relationship between the data,and build a data model of each dimension;according to the actual production situation,add contingency data to In the scope of acquisition,the application of contingency data in the production process is analyzed in detail.Finally,the data acquisition technology and storage scheme of tailings micropowder production equipment and other production process data are researched and designed.Aiming at the problem that the equipment end is static in the production process of tailings fine powder,and the parameters of the production process cannot be accurately controlled,the key production unit grinding treatment in the fine powder production process and the integrated drying,grinding and selecting machine of the core production equipment are mainly studied.Combined with the production process and equipment This paper proposes an intelligent dynamic control algorithm based on RNN cyclic neural network.The RNN neural network algorithm is used to build a data-driven tailings micropowder activity prediction model,which is used as the input of the model network in the dynamic control algorithm,and the micropowder activity index is used as the output.Finally,using the above algorithm,the specific control items in the integrated drying,grinding and selecting machine are practically applied.Finally,based on the above research results,the MES system of metal tailings fine powder is developed by using information technology,the hardware composition and operating environment configuration of the system are introduced,and the feasibility of the application of the system is verified by actual operation.
