| Dynamic 4D cinema is developed on the basis of the traditional the stereoscopic cinema,adding dynamic seat which is albe to simulate the vibration, swing and falling specific action according to the film-plot. It gives the audience a shocking feeling and more directly into the plot from the visual, auditory, tactile and other sensory. However, 4D dynamic seat is a core component of the cinema. Its quality directly affact the overall effect of the cinema.The domestic research of 4D dynamic seat technology start late, there is a large gap compared with other developed countries in the existing technical level. At present, our country has made a lot of achievements in the mechanism design of multi-motion-axis,dynamics analysis and motion control. However, there are still technical difficulties in data acquisation of simulation of trajectory and synchronous control, leading to less research results in this respect.As the basis of R&D project in DG-HUST Manufacturing Engineering Institute, this paper come up with a new intelligent control system solution of 4D dynamic seat. The whole control system is devided into three functional modules. Through the designing of data acquisiton module based on motion simulation and data processing algorithm, it can realize the intelligent motion control to dynamic seat, and be greatly improve the output of motion document to 4D film. This will solve the technical difficulties to a certain extent. In the motion control and execution, it designs a motion control system based on PC-PLC control architecture, using electric servo drive and cylinder as the executive component. Finally, each funtion module has been integrated into a 4D dynamic seat prototype to do a comprehensive funtional test. And the results well validate the feasibility of the control system. |
