As the continuous deepening of the concept of environmental friendly,the coal de productivity work is also continuously promoted,and more and more coal mining industries are facing the challenges of transformation and upgrading.SM group,a state-owned enterprise in County C,has a coal mining history of more than 60 years.In order to maintain its leading position after the upgrading,continue to realize the economic growth of the enterprise,and contribute to the sustainable development of the enterprise,SM group adapt to the great changes brought by transformation and upgrading,which can be achieved through providing effective incentives for employees,improving the adaptability of employees,changing their work ideas and concepts,and timely responding to the changes in work content.Taking SM group employees as the research object,this thesis finds that the SM group employees’ incentive mechanism adopts the way that combines the government’s macro management and enterprise’s independent management through investigation,interview,statistical analysis and other methods.It finds out the problems existing in the current incentive mechanism in SM group through systematic analysis,and puts forward targeted and practical optimization suggestions to further optimize the group employees’ incentive mechanism.At present,SM group’s employee incentive mechanism is single and solidified,and does not play a good role in transformation and upgrading,which is embodied in the lacking of diversity of the salary incentive,lacking of flexibility of the promotion incentive,lacking of effectiveness of the assessment incentive and lacking of guidance of the training incentive.In view of these problems,this thesis puts forward constructive and scientific optimization suggestions for county state-owned enterprises.Through ensuring salary treatment and diversifying salary structure;changing the employment ideas,boarding the promotion platform and smoothing the promotion channels;optimizing the assessment procedure and strengthening the application of effect;and further optimizing the incentive mechanism in terms of innovating training methods,enriching training contents and ensuring training effects,SM group can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,realize the personal growth of employees and promote the successful upgrading of enterprises.
