The gas content detection technology under the coal mine is to prevent gas accidents and the key to the scientific governance of gas.Deep hole sealed compressive sampling technology is the new direction and new technique of current coal mine gas efficient treatment,but existing coal mines have a compressive effect of compressive effects,and the closed actuator is not flexible and sampling.In this paper,based on the structural and working principle of closed compressive sampling devices in various coal mines,combined with deep hole sampling processes,it is designed to have a deep-hole confusing pressure sampling device for structural and working principles,and the key Components to simulate simulation analysis,further structural optimization;simultaneously analyze the characteristics of the existing core drill,combined with flow field analysis technology to simulate the simulation,and optimize the structure of the core drill according to the simulation.The results obtained are as follows:(1)Aiming at the structural problems of the existing closed sampling device used in coal mines,combined with the construction environment and process of gas content detection in deep holes,an innovative design of a dislocation shearing closed pressure sampling device was designed;(2)Using the finite element analysis software to analyze the force of the key components of the airtight pressure-holding sampling device-the driving sleeve,the mandrel and the sampling outer cylinder,and optimize the structure according to the simulation results,reduce the maximum deformation and stress,and improve the mechanics performance;(3)Analyze the characteristics of the existing coring bits in the underground environment construction of coal mines,combined with the sealing requirements of the shear-type airtight pressure-holding sampling device,design the coring bits used in the device,and use Inventor and other related modeling software to build the coring bits The simplified model of the drill bit is obtained through the flow field analysis software to obtain the flow velocity map and the pressure cloud map of the bottom of the hole when the drill bit is working.Sampling success rate;(4)The airtightness test and borehole sampling simulation test are used to prove the airtight and pressure-holding sampling performance of the sampling device.Finally,through the practical application in the coal mine site,the actual use effect of the deep hole airtight pressure-maintaining sampling device is obtained,which verifies the feasibility of the sampling device.In this paper,through the research on the closed pressure-holding sampling device in coal mines,a set of closed sampling device with dislocation sealing structure is developed by means of software simulation and optimization design,which provides equipment support for the accurate determination of gas content in coal mines.
