| This paper carried on the numerical analysis and research about temperature distribution, flow and temperature field of the furnace after molten aluminum heated for the Shenyang NEU-Sanken Industrial Furnace MFG Co,Ltd.8.0t·h-1of molten aluminum and holding furnace. The furnace is used to reheat-up temperature after solid aluminum crucible molten, to make the aluminum achieve the appropriate temperature. After the combustion of fuel gas, temperature and flow field distribution of furnace will directly affect the temperature distribution of aluminum molten. The research on temperature distribution in the furnace drawn the qualitative conclusions and got the curve of burner per unit volume, found the best power efficiency of the burner under the depth of molten aluminum and thus to have the theoretical and practical significance in instructing the practical production. As factors affecting the furnace temperature many and extremely complex, and large-scale experiments in order to draw conclusions more difficult and extremely expensive, with the rapid development of computer technology, through CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics, short CFD) based numerical analysis method both simple and can sharply reduce costs.Fluent computational fluid software build8.0t·h-1the furnace’s mathematical model of heat transfer in temperature field of molten aluminum holding furnace and gas flow, besides use the k-ε turbulence model. Author built on the real physical model used in simulation by ratio of1:1.In as far as possible follow the actual use of the physical conditions and operating conditions, author analyzed and researched the holding furnace’s temperature, flow characteristics and process analysis of molten aluminum temperature, access to distribution of temperature field of molten aluminum and molten aluminum heating burner per unit volume power. And according to non-steady-state model and steady state model, get the heating power and thermal power of burner under different unit volume of liquid aluminum. And based on flow field and heating temperature of molten aluminum furnace to instruct the actual use of this type of furnace, thus to improve the furnace’s temperature distribution of molten aluminum and temperature conditions, and to improve combustion efficiency of burner.This conclusion has high reference value and the significance in instructing similar design and manufacture of furnace and the actual operation. |
