In the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,most scholars take state-owned enterprises as the research object,and rarely carry out research on private and other social capital as the main body.With the continuous exploration and progress of mixed reform of state-owned enterprises in China in pract.While deepening state-owned reform,the new mixed reform mode of "two-way mixed reform" has emerged.It means that not only encourages non-state-owned capital to participate in the reform of state-owned enterprises,but also encourages state-owned capital to in non-state-owned enterprises in various ways.The case of reverse mixed reform companies gradually entered people’s vision in 2015.And then since 2018,some private enterprises have been limited due to the tightening of macroeconomic and financial policies.Then began to appear a large number of private enterprises hand in hand with state assets,relying on the resources and platforms of state-owned capital to get rid of the dilemma of lack of corporate funds and improve the corporate governance structure,so that enterprises can develop healthily and sustainably.This model of "state-owned asset background + private enterprise operation" provides a new path for the future development of private enterprises.At present,there are many case studies on the effect of the introduction of investors into stateowned enterprises on state-owned enterprises.And the research objects are state-owned enterprises,while there are still few case studies on the effect of the introduction of state-owned capital by private enterprises on private enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes the case of the reverse mixed reform of the introduction of the fresh environment of private enterprises into the state-owned capital Sichuan development environment as the research object.Combing the implementation process of fresh environment introduced into the mixed reform of Sichuan hair environment.And deeply analyzes the motivation for the introduction of state-owned capital.Then,from the three perspectives of market performance,non-financial effect and financial effect,the effect of introducing state-owned capital in the fresh environment is explored,and the internal mechanism of the introduction of state-owned capital by private enterprises is summarized through analysis.Finally,drawn through integrated analysis provided for other private enterprises that are ready to try to introduce state-owned capital.This paper finds that the driving force behind the introduction of fresh environment into the state-owned capital Sichuan environment is in the following three aspects: First,it is affected by the macro environment;The second is to alleviate the capital needs of enterprises;The third is to achieve its own future development strategy goals.In the second stage,through the private placement,Sichuan Development Environment subscribed for 20% of the shares with 1.58 billion yuan in cash,and the actual controller is still the Sichuan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.Finally,through the analysis of the effect of introducing state-owned capital Sichuan Development Environment Company into the fresh environment.It is found that the introduction of state-owned capital by private enterprises is conducive to improving the company’s equity structure and enhancing the company’s innovation ability.From the market performance,investors have a positive attitude towards the introduction of state-owned capital mixed reform in a fresh environment,believing that this behavior will be conducive to the increase of the company’s value.Finally,the motivation and effect of the fresh environment can analyze the relevant conclusions and suggestions and prospects.
