Nowadays, the issue of greenhouse gas emission is concerned by all countries in the world, and all countries have issued relevant policies to explore the energy-saving and lowcarbon mode of sustainable development. As a high energy consumption industry, the manufacturing industry is bound to undergo low-carbon transformation.Finishing grinding process, commonly used mechanical products due to its relatively low machining efficiency and machining process of grinding wheel wear serious, consume a large amount of grinding fluid, cause great impact on the environment, the process cost of carbon emissions and to research the optimization, not only can reduce the environmental impact of the process, but also can control the production cost, has very important practical significance. The research includes:Aiming at the problem of carbon emission caused by grinding wheel loss in current carbon emission models, the grinding wheel loss in grinding process was studied, and the grinding wheel loss was divided into grinding wheel loss and grinding wheel dressing loss.According to the above analysis, the carbon emission of CNC grinding system was divided into power carbon emission, auxiliary carbon emission, grinding wheel loss carbon emission and chip carbon emission, and the corresponding evaluation model was established. Finally, combined with the time function, the total carbon emission model of grinding process was constructed.Secondly, grinding cost model is established, and defined the grinding carbon efficiency indicators, through the high carbon benefit goal decomposition to minimize cost, minimize carbon emissions as optimization objectives, optimization variables selection grinding wheel rotation speed, workpiece feeding and radial feeding, considering the grinding parameters, the surface quality of workpiece and grinding wheel of conditions such as thermal damage,A grinding parameter optimization model based on carbon benefit was established, and NSGA-ⅱ algorithm was used to optimize the model. Then, the reliability of the numerical control grinding carbon emission model was verified by experiments, and the influence of cutting parameters on the carbon emission data was discussed.According to the optimization model of grinding cutting parameters based on carbon benefit, the optimal value was obtained.Compared with the data before and after optimization, the experimental results show that the optimized cutting parameters can effectively reduce the carbon emission and cost of CNC grinding process. Finally,on this basis, the MATLAB GUIDE module is used to develop the interactive interface of the above research results, which provides effective technical support for the selection of cutting parameters in the actual grinding process with low carbon and low cost.
