The four industrial revolutions greatly boosted productivity,and people’s living standards and demands became higher and higher.As a result,trees were cut down,the greenhouse effect intensified,and natural regulation began to be out of balance.In recent years,some researchers began to search for substitutes of forest resources and research and development of renewable materials with high efficiency and high performance to meet the increasing consumption demand.In nature,cellulose mainly exist in the cotton,trees and other plants and crops,is a inexhaustible of renewable resources,every year there are more than hundreds of millions of tons of cellulose were burned,abandoned lead to waste of resources,how to reuse abandoned cellulose is one of the effective methods to solve the resource waste and environmental pollution,is the focal place of the current study.In this study,a method combining ice template method and low temperature phase transformation method was designed to successfully prepare cellulose into directional porous aerogel with the same through hole structure as trees.Four concentrations of 2wt%~5wt% were prepared,which had similar structure to trees in both macro and microstructure,realizing the recurrence of tree structure.Trees transport water and nutrients through the conduit structure.The aerogel prepared in this study has been tested with excellent core absorption rate and water flux efficiency.The core absorption rate of the aerogel with cellulose solid content of 3wt% is 2.5s,the height of water can reach 18 mm,and the water flux is 29.49ml/(min×g).At the same time,the thermal stability and compression resistance are also excellent.Trees is a natural macromolecular compound,anisotropy in the life most used as wood,but there are some defects,natural wood for natural stress,decadent bug eat by moth,and processing problems will affect the daily use,and currently used adhesive contains formaldehyde and other toxic substances and harmful to people’s health.We use waste cellulose has realized the emersion of tree structure,but compared with wood,the quality and density is very small,lead to its excellent mechanical properties than original wood,in order to make its molding application,this study set up different concentrations and different thickness of two control parameters,using hot pressing method to deal with cellulose aerogels,get the boards and as a new type of plate,With the increase of the concentration and thickness,the mechanical properties are improved obviously,and the tensile strength can reach about 45 MPa,which has great potential in replacing natural wood boards.To further improve the mechanical properties of cellulose board,this study prepared cellulose /PLA composite board by mixing polylactic acid(PLA)powder.PLA is a fully degradable material with good processing performance,which can be completely decomposed by natural microorganisms after use without causing greenhouse effect,and has high tensile strength,making it a promising filler.In this paper,by adjusting the cellulose and the proportion of PLA,five different proportion of aerogel composite was prepared,and through the hot-pressing process for compound plate,adding different amount of PLA to compare the mechanics effect of the composite plate,the results showed that adding amount was 20%,the thickness of the ascension of 20 mm is most obvious,the best effect,the tensile strength of 52 MPa.
