| As well known,dye waste water is one of the main harmful industrial waste water in the development of modern industry.How to effectively remove dyes from waste water is an extremely urgent problem.Aerogels belong to porous mesh adsorption materials,which are extensive applied into sewage treatment.As the newborn third-generation aerogels,cellulose aerogels have gained attention due to its wide resource,renewability and biodegradability.In this paper,cellulose aerogels were successfully synthesized using cotton pulp as crude materials and environmental N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide monohydrate(NMMO)as solvent.N,N′-methylene bisacrylamide(MBA)/cellulose aerogels had were by using MBA as cross-linker.Cellulose/graphene oxide(GO)aerogels were synthesized by adding graphene oxide(GO)to cellulose aerogels.And studied the dye adsorption properities of aerogels.The specific studies are as follows:(1)The cellulose aerogels were prepared by sol-gel process and freeze-drying.The cellulose aerogels showed three-dimensional net porous structure.The lowest density of the cellulose aerogel was 0.0665 g/cm3,the porosity was high to 95.8%.The cellulose aerogels has the best adsorption effect on Congo red(CR)dye.And the maximum adsorption capacity is 260.31 mg/g.The cellulose aerogels were transformed to celluloseⅡcrystal.As the cellulose content increased,the pore size decreased,and the density of cellulose aerogel increased.For cellulose aerogels,the initial thermal decomposition temperature is approximately 285℃,and the heat resistant is very good.The increase of adsorption capacity in the CR when the cellulose content is lower.(2)The MBA/cellulose aerogels were prepared by using MBA as cross-linker.The uniformly dispersed pore structure appeared after MBA addition and the pore size became larger as MBA increased.As the MBA content increased,the porosity of MBA/cellulose aerogel increased,the density decreased.The addition of MBA greatly weakened the aggregation and precipitation of cellulose.And for MBA/cellulose aerogels,the thermal stability is very good.For CR dye,the maximum adsorption capacity is 260.31 mg/g.The adsorption performance of MBA/cellulose aerogels was significantly higher than that of cellulose aerogels.(3)The GO/cellulose aerogels were synthesized by using a solution mixed with ultrasonic dispersion GO solution and thaw NMMO·H2O as solvent.The agglomeration of graphene oxide can be avoided by the reaction of cellulose and graphene oxide.And the addition of GO improved the adsorption capacity of composite aerogel for MB dye.For GO/cellulose aerogels,the maximum adsorption capacity is 125.54 mg/g higher than that of pure cellulose aerogels. |
