Research On Bossco Financial Performance Evaluation And Promotion Strategy

In the process of urbanization and industrialization in China,various environmental problems have gradually emerged.Environmental protection industry,as a strategic emerging industry,has the dual attributes of driving economic growth and coping with environmental problems,but China’s environmental protection industry still faces many challenges in the process of development.As a comprehensive environmental protection enterprise,Bosch has a wide range of business and a leading position in sewage treatment,soil remediation and other fields.However,Bosch still needs to further improve its financial performance.This paper takes Bosch As the research object,uses literature research method,case study method and comparative analysis method to study its financial performance.Firstly,the concepts of financial performance and financial performance evaluation are clarified,the common financial performance evaluation methods of traditional and mathematical statistics are described,the reasons for choosing TOPSIS method are clarified,and the related theories of TOPSIS method and the theoretical basis of subsequent evaluation are further described.Secondly,understand the basic situation of Bosch,analyze the financial status of Bosch,and master the status of Bosch.Thirdly,a targeted financial performance evaluation indicator system is established,and 20 sample companies in the environmental protection industry including Bosch Are selected to meet the requirements of financial performance evaluation.Based on TOPSIS method,the financial indicators of the sample companies from 2016 to2021 are evaluated,and the evaluation results are obtained.Comprehensive and itemized analysis is conducted on the evaluation results.Understand the overall and item level of Bosch’s financial performance,and find that the main reasons for the decline of Bosch’s financial performance are the need to improve the ability to control operating costs,the need to improve the turnover of current assets,the scale of debt,the decline in the growth of operating income,and the need to further increase the investment in R&D.Finally,it puts forward targeted measures to improve Bosch’s financial performance: improve operating cost control ability,improve current asset turnover,reduce its own debt scale,increase the growth rate of operating income,and increase investment in R&D.
