| This paper firstly sorts out the research status of total factor energy efficiency,takes oil and gas resource-based enterprises as the research object,and constructs a total factor energy efficiency measurement index system for oil and gas resource-based enterprises.From a staticAfter China’s economy has entered the "new normal",the contradiction between the speed of economic development and the demand for resources has become highly tense,and the traditional extensive economy is unsustainable.And this new crown epidemic is a global crisis that has the greatest impact on the world economy after World War II.It uses more extreme means to remind human beings to re-examine the relationship between human development and the environment.The energy industry in which oil and gas resource-based enterprises are located is the second largest economy in the country’s economic development.Problems such as energy shortages are the soft underbelly of energy transformation and development and improving energy efficiency.In the context of global response to climate change and promotion of energy structure transformation,clean,decarbonized and efficient energy industry has become a consensus.General Secretary Xi Jinping attached great importance to national energy security,and made important instructions,requiring a strategic vision to ensure investment in exploration.It can be foreseen that the next few years will be the golden period of "exploration offensive and oil development",which is the greatest confidence for oil and gas resource-based enterprises to improve their own energy utilization efficiency and seek sustainable development.In October 2021,at the meeting of the National Energy Commission held by the State Council,Premier Li Keqiang clearly pointed out that it is necessary to promote green and low-carbon transformation of energy and improve energy security capabilities.In order to enable my country’s sustainable development strategy to be closely integrated with my country’s basic national conditions and the development trend of WTO,under the new normal of economic development,improving energy efficiency will help speed up the economic soft landing and the transformation of the development mode,and will also play a role in the realization of oil and gas resource-based enterprises and enterprises.The high-quality development of the industry and the sustainable,stable and safe operation of the social economy are of great significance. perspective,the SBM-DDF model is used.For a sample of 42 listed oil and gas resource-based enterprises in my country,the total factor energy efficiency was calculated,and the ML index was used to measure and decompose it from a dynamic perspective.The panel data regression analysis was carried out on the factors affecting the total factor energy efficiency of resource-based enterprises,and it was concluded that the scale of the enterprise,the ratio of capital to labor,the technological innovation of the enterprise,and the economic development level of the region where the enterprise was located were positively correlated with the total factor energy efficiency of oil and gas resource-based enterprises.Finally,on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research on the previous article,relevant suggestions are made on the improvement of the entire elemental energy efficiency of oil and gas resource enterprises: reasonable optimization of corporate energy structure,optimizing enterprise production factor allocation,improving the level of enterprise technology innovation,Stimulate the vitality of regional economic development and promote mutual assistance of regional enterprises. |
