| As China officially enters a new development stage,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Strengthening the guidance of enterprise culture and using soft power to enhance the creativity and cohesion of enterprises has become an important way for enterprises to plan for development.As a result,people pay more and more attention to corporate culture,and cultural power is increasingly becoming the source power of enterprise development,and how to build a good corporate culture has become an important issue for managers to consider.The next 5-10 years will be a window period for energy transformation.The energy industry has adjusted its development strategy and planned transformation and upgrading.The state-owned petroleum and petrochemical enterprises are accelerating the adjustment of industrial structure and the optimization of energy structure.Therefore,under the new situation,how to integrate the corporate culture with the actual situation of the enterprise,better lead the development and gather consensus,has become a topic that contemporary state-owned petroleum and petrochemical enterprises need to deepen research.Since 2001,DY refining and chemical company has vigorously promoted the construction of corporate culture,becoming a group of pioneers in the early exploration of corporate culture construction among state-owned enterprises.It has not only made certain achievements in corporate culture,but also provided a good objective environment for the continuous development of the enterprise,enabling DY Refining & Chemical Co.,Ltd.to smoothly survive the painful period of reform and reorganization,and gradually become a modern petrochemical enterprise with characteristic development.Therefore,its corporate culture construction experience has important reference significance for more state-owned petroleum and petrochemical enterprises.This paper takes the corporate culture of DY refining and chemical company as the research object,and investigates the current situation of corporate culture of DY refining and chemical company through the combination of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and person interview.Through the OCAI questionnaire survey,from the perspective of employees,it is found that the corporate culture of DY refining and chemical company has some problems,such as heavy hierarchical culture,weak tribal cultural atmosphere,lack of temporary institutional culture,lack of market-oriented culture,etc.Through interviews with the middle-level managers and corporate culture executives of DY refining and chemical company,it is found that DY refining and chemical company has some problems,such as imperfect cultural system and mechanism and inadequate cultural implementation.Combined with the analysis of the causes of these problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening the publicity and implementation training of managers,enhancing the understanding and recognition of employees,promoting the construction of special culture,integrating the fine traditions of the petroleum industry and improving the corporate culture guarantee system,so as to solve the problems existing in the corporate culture of DY refining and chemical company,so that the corporate culture of DY refining and chemical company can serve the development of the enterprise,It also helps to solve similar problems existing in the construction and development of corporate culture of more similar enterprises. |
