With the steady development of China’s economy,the oil industry has put forward higher and higher requirements for energy saving production.The study found that the pumping wellhead hydraulic change has certain influence,and wellhead pressure is determined by the ground gathering system operation parameters,separate calculation of oil pumping unit energy consumption.So will both joint modeling,to optimize the overall energy consumption calculation.Taking the wellhead as the connection node between the pumping unit oil production system and the surface gathering and transportation system,and taking the wellhead oil pressure and flow as the independent variables of the system,based on the operating principle of the pumping unit,the energy consumption of the pumping unit with the oil pressure and flow as the variables is established.model,the power consumption of the motor was obtained;taking the conventional double-pipe watermixing oil collection system in Daqing Oilfield as the research object,the temperature drop and pressure drop calculation model of the pumping unit-oil transfer stationpumping station circulation system was established,and the oil transfer station was obtained.The relationship between the water mixing flow rate of the water mixing pump,the outlet temperature of the heating furnace and the oil pressure at the wellhead of the pumping unit is obtained,and the power consumed by the mixing water pump and the heating furnace is obtained.The calculation shows that when the oil pressure at the wellhead increases from 0.15 MPa to 1.50 MPa,the input power of the motor increases by 8.78%,indicating that maintaining a reasonable oil pressure can not be ignored for the efficient operation of the pumping unit.better request.On the basis of establishing the energy consumption model of the integrated system of pumping unit oil production and surface gathering and transportation,taking the lowest total energy consumption of the system as the objective function,taking the water mixing amount of a single well and the outlet temperature of the heating furnace as the design variables,according to the operation of the system and equipment The constraints of the relevant parameters are given,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the minimum value of the total energy consumption of the system,and the final optimization scheme of the corresponding operating parameters is obtained.And using the C++builder 6.0 programming platform and MATLAB software,the software "Energy Consumption Optimization of Collection and Transportation System" was developed,which realized the energy consumption optimization of the integrated system(collection and transportation system)for oil extraction by pumping units and surface collection and transportation.Taking a central oil-producing area of Daqing Oilfield as an example,the software was used to optimize the water mixing amount and water mixing temperature of a certain oil transfer station.The calculation results showed that the total power decreased by 6.13% after parameter optimization,and the optimization effect was obvious.The research results can provide technical support for oilfields to tap energy-saving potential and implement energy-saving renovation.
