Identification Of Zombie Enterprises In Cement Industry And Study On The Path Of De-stiffening

In recent years,China’s economy has changed from rough development to high-quality development,and the policy of supply-side structural reform emerged at the historic moment."Zombie enterprises" not only hinder the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,but also slow down the process of economic transformation,and even bring incalculable risks to the financial system.The main problem of "zombie enterprises" is overcapacity.Properly solving the problem of "zombie enterprises" can promote the supply-side structural reform.This research is also in line with China’s current national conditions.Cement industry is one of the industries with serious overcapacity,and few scholars have conducted systematic research on "zombie enterprises" in this industry.Therefore,this paper chooses this industry as the main research object,which has high scientific research value.This paper starts from the research conclusions of domestic and foreign scholars on "zombie enterprises",and systematically summarizes the existing research results,forming a relatively clear cognition of "zombie enterprises".On this basis,combined with the characteristics of the cement industry and China’s national conditions,A relatively suitable identification method of "zombie enterprises" in the cement industry is constructed,and the method is used to identify 18 a-share concept listed companies in the industry from 2015 to 2020.Based on the analysis and research of the identification results,a measurement system for the "zombified degree" of cement industry is constructed with the blood transfusion rate as the main index,and fujian Cement Co.,LTD is taken as the research focus.Based on the calculation of "zombified degree" of Fujian cement,four kinds of destiffening paths of "zombie enterprises" in cement industry were given by evolutionary game analysis,and the optimal solution of destiffening path was found for Fujian cement in four kinds of paths.Finally,reasonable suggestions are put forward for cement industry to solve zombie enterprises based on the results of this thesis.
