Research On Performance Evaluation Of Green Operation In Pharmaceutical Enterprises

Since the reform and opening up,the pace of China’s economic development has accelerated,but the subsequent environmental deterioration and lack of resources warn us that the original operation mode has seriously affected the ecological security when enterprises pursue the promotion of their own value.As a key strategic industry in China,the traditional development model of pharmaceutical industry consumes more resources.Therefore,the implementation of green operation in pharmaceutical enterprises will help to alleviate the conflict between enterprise development and environmental protection.At present,because the research on green operation performance evaluation of pharmaceutical enterprises is still in its infancy,a complete set of green operation performance evaluation system of pharmaceutical enterprises has not been formed so far.Therefore,the implementation effect of green operation of pharmaceutical enterprises needs to be judged objectively and scientifically through performance evaluation,so as to provide effective guidance for their further green operation practice.Firstly,this thesis expounds the era background and current situation of green operation in pharmaceutical enterprises,combs the analysis of green operation practice behavior and performance evaluation by relevant scholars,and points out its limitations.Then,it constructs a performance index system suitable for evaluating the green operation measures of pharmaceutical enterprises.The index system considers from the three dimensions of economy,society and environment,uses entropy weight method and information weight method to calculate the combined weight of performance indicators,and uses weighted TOPSIS method,weighted rank sum ratio method and weighted TOPSIS method and weighted rank sum ratio method to evaluate the green operation performance respectively.Finally,taking JQ company as a typical case,this thesis makes an empirical analysis by using the above-mentioned green operation performance evaluation system of pharmaceutical enterprises.The results show that the ranking results of green operation performance evaluation of JQ company obtained by these three methods are basically the same,and the evaluation conclusions are consistent with their current implementation,whether using weighted TOPSIS method alone,weighted rank sum ratio method,or using weighted TOPSIS method and weighted rank sum ratio method in combination,which proves that the performance evaluation system constructed in this thesis is reasonable and effective.It is also found from the performance evaluation results that JQ’s evaluation results in 2013 and 2019 are better,mainly because the company has taken effective green operation measures and its corresponding green operation performance level is also high.Finally,the thesis also puts forward targeted suggestions on how to further improve the green operation performance evaluation system of pharmaceutical enterprises and promote the green operation and performance improvement of JQ company.
