Research On Construction Risk Assessment Of Commercial Complex Project

In recent years,a large number of real estate projects,represented by commercial complex projects,have emerged as China continues to strengthen macro-control of the real estate industry.Such project is an important support in the integration of urban and rural construction and important,from central to local levels in our country are introduced to further standardize and control represented by commercial complex projects of real estate projects in construction and planning management,the commercial complex construction whole process of project risk control has achieved good practical results.But still need to see,at present our country many construction projects in the construction of the commercial complex is widespread in the process of the subjective consciousness of risk control is weak,the risk control ability is low,and lack of matching system of controlling and project construction risk,thus greatly weakened the Chinese commercial complex project construction pertinence and effectiveness of risk control.Therefore,it is of great practical value to evaluate the construction risks of commercial complex projects and put forward targeted strategies and suggestions.The core research content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:First,concept definition and theoretical basis.On the basis of defining the three core concepts of commercial complex,commercial complex engineering project and construction risk of commercial complex engineering project,this paper focuses on the theoretical review of risk management theory,engineering management theory and risk control theory.Second,commercial complex project construction risk accident statistical analysis.The case was collected and counted by quantitative analysis method of web crawler.On the basis of the targeted analysis of accident injuries and deaths,this paper focuses on the statistics of accident origin events from the two perspectives of accident classification and accident origin,so as to provide data basis for the subsequent study of quantitative analysis of construction risk assessment of commercial complex projects.Third,commercial complex engineering construction risk analysis and evaluation.On the basis of clarifying the objectives and principles of construction risk assessment index system of commercial complex engineering projects,the index framework of risk assessment of commercial complex engineering projects is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the quantitative assessment of risk consequences based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out.A commercial complex engineering project is selected as the empirical research object,and combined with the empirical results,effective strategies are proposed to effectively control all kinds of risks in the construction stage of A commercial complex engineering project.
