Heading blasting is one of the important links in underground mine operation.The cavity produced by cutting hole directly determines the blasting effect of subsequent auxiliary hole and surrounding hole,and has a decisive impact on the tunneling efficiency and cost.In the process of ore body excavation,the traditional blasting technology has a series of problems,such as high energy consumption,low rock-breaking efficiency and many adverse effects of blasting.In order to find a new and efficient method of tunneling and rock-breaking,this paper applies theoretical research,indoor model test,numerical simulation and other methods to carry out the research.The main research contents are as follows:(1)With the theoretical analysis of wire electrical explosion of phase change process in the process of discharge and wire electrical explosion energy formula,combined with the traditional cut blasting theory of rock fragmentation and columnar cartridge action principle,determine the wire electrical explosion can provide energy to replace the explosive rock fracturing research train of thought,providing theoretical basis for the physical model test and numerical simulation.(2)Based on the similarity theory,the similarity criterion of the model test is determined,and according to the similar than traditional cut blasting rock damage theory,the design of blasting parameters selection principle and the technical features of electrical explosion experimental equipment,determine the wire electrical explosion cut blasting model test method of making specimen model and wire diameter and length,the diameter of empty hole,and blasting parameters such as length,hole spacing values.(3)According to a series of pre-test schemes were designed for the filling length and hole spacing for the single wire electric blast cut blasting,and the relationship between the filling length and hole spacing and blasting effect and the movement of the end blasting funnel were summarized.At the same time,according to the results of preliminary experiment design of single wire electrical explosion cut blasting of the orthogonal experiment,selected the groove cavity volume,cutting depth and large rate under three different evaluation index and evaluation index of the main influence factors.Using comprehensive balance method selection in electrical explosion experimental equipment allows the optimal blasting parameters,and acquire the blasting effect by the optimal blasting parameters’ model test.according to the parameters under the condition of combination and the blasting effect was observed by model test.(4)The finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the single wire cutting blasting process with the optimal parameter combination,and the parameters of the explosive module with the wire as the energy source were determined by comparing the numerical simulation with the test blasting effect.According to the determined parameters,the process of multi-wire electric explosive cutting blasting was simulated,and the key word*MAT_ADD_EROSION was used to deal with the problem of material failure,and the damage range of the cavity of multi-wire electric explosive cutting blasting was calculated,providing an idea for the application of wire electric explosion in cutting direction.
