Blasting is one of the main means to break rock in mineral deposit exploitation,water conservancy project and traffic construction.In the mining process of open-pit mine,the good or bad blasting effect directly affects the production efficiency and comprehensive cost of subsequent operations.The evaluation of blasting effect is an important work.The traditional evaluation methods of blasting effect are qualitative evaluation or quantitative evaluation,and the evaluation index selected is relatively single,lacking in objectivity and comprehensiveness.Fuzzy neural network combined with a comprehensive evaluation system of blasting,blasting effect comprehensive evaluation model is set up,according to the model to build the blasting effect comprehensive evaluation system,to a certain extent,improve the blasting effect evaluation of objective and comprehensive,reduced the human intervention,can provide theoretical basis for mine blasting plan formulation and decision-making,as well as performance management to provide the reference for blasting projects.(1)Through the study of artificial neural network and fuzzy system,the structure of fuzzy neural blasting evaluation model was determined;Field investigation and theoretical analysis of the factors affecting the blasting effect,mainly including blasting parameters,construction quality,rock properties,etc.The blasting effect is quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed on site,and the efficiency of shovel-mounted equipment is demarcated,and the relationship between chunk rate and shovel-mounted efficiency is obtained.(2)According to field investigation,theoretical analysis and expert guidance,a comprehensive evaluation system for blasting effect is established,evaluation indexes are selected according to requirements,and the evaluation results are graded using a ten-point scale.Two models of comprehensive evaluation of blasting effect based on neural network were established by using MATLAB.The blasting effect evaluation data were selected to train and test the model,and the training and test errors reached the expected setting.Compared with the field blasting effect,the results of the blasting effect evaluation model basically met the actual demand.(3)The evaluation data of the evaluation model were collected on site,and the blasting effect evaluation model established by MATLAB was used to evaluate the two blasting schemes with different apertures and the pre-split blasting effect.The evaluation results are obtained,and the evaluation results are graded.According to the evaluation results,the blasting parameters are optimized and the blasting zones are divided,and the blasting comprehensive evaluation system is preliminarily established.(4)Track the blasting project on the spot,and analyze the existing blasting project’s performance management problems in view of the poor quality of the blasting effect and the lack of enthusiasm of the workers.In response to these problems,it is proposed to integrate the blasting effect evaluation level into the blasting project performance management.To a certain extent,it can improve the performance distribution system of blasting projects.
