| To ensure that each link in the process of the coal mine gas extraction safety and reliability and implement gas extraction reach the standard, thesis synthetically apply expert consultation method, analytic hierarch process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish coal mine gas extraction standard multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The research refers to the comprehensive evaluation model establishment and application which combined by evaluation index selection, index weight determination, qualitative and quantitative combination.Establishing multi-factor and multilevel evaluation index system that include extraction system reliability, extraction integrity management, extraction effect’s safety that 3 evaluation units and 21 indexes based on unscrambling the literature, norm and standard about the gas extraction, and the combined field expert advice. Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight of all levels, among the rest "effect of regional gas extraction" takes the percentage 0.167 in the index hierarchy total ordering which most effects on evaluation target. Base on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation original mathematics model establishing gas extraction reaching standard multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model which reflects the thought of qualitative and quantitative combination. Base on evaluation factors attribute classify determining the membership function’s construction method. Discussing and determining the "weighted average model " fuzzy synthesis operator.Evaluating test mine gas extraction standard level by using the structured evaluation model, the evaluation result is general. And finding out the vulnerable link which restricts this mining gas extraction effect then putting forward corrective measures. Application examples show that the evaluation method is scientific, simple and high sensitivity, and it has high practical value in the gas extraction standard’s supervision and inspection. |
