Steel and wood furniture has various types and wide application places,and network sales has become an emerging consumption mode of furniture.The inherent characteristics of self-assembly of steel and wood furniture conform to the needs of the development of the convertible space of furniture online channels.The investigation found that the change of product sales model,higher technical requirements on the installation operation,tools and parts are put forward,low adaptation degree,low home tool standby rate,expensive tools,installation difficulty,installation time long easily produce muscle soreness factors affect the consumer purchase decision,the development of quick installation connector can reduce the use of tools.This paper takes steel and wood furniture as the research object,conducts innovative design of fast installation connector,reduces the technical threshold of installation,reduces tool installation,to meet the demand of furniture market.First of all,through literature summary,field investigation of hardware enterprises and image collection,the existing steel and wood furniture and panel furniture fast loading fittings are deeply analyzed,combing and summarizing the combination mode of steel and wood furniture,according to the different forms of connection structure,can be divided into vertical connection and horizontal connection.This paper makes the case analysis of the typical panel furniture connector,including the innovative design of mortise and tenon structure.Secondly,based on the research results,design the functions,economic factors,modeling elements and ecological elements,propose three steel and wood furniture schemes,compare the optimal scheme,using parametric software SolidWorks,and optimize the design.Finally,the samples were made by 3D printing laser sintering technology,and the mechanical test was conducted according to the test scheme.The test results show that the bearing gravity of steel and wood furniture is 100N meets the relevant requirements of laminate eccentric connectors in GB/T28203-2011 Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Connectors for Furniture,and proves that the design scheme is feasible.This paper enriches the research in the field of steel and wood furniture connection parts,and creatively puts forward the steel and wood furniture fast installation connection scheme,and provides a case reference.
