| Smart printing plant is an important development direction for the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the printing industry,and visualization is a key method to promote the transformation,upgrading and reengineering of printing enterprises.It is also a key technology for the construction of smart printing plant and the application of printing intelligence.This research aims at the realization of scene visualization and process data visualization in the visualization of smart printing plant.On the basis of systematic analysis and construction of the visualization requirements of smart printing plant,starting from the equipment model of scene visualization and craft data visualization,printing factory scene construction,realization path and practical application,a set of visualization methods suitable for smart printing plants is constructed.In the aspect of scene visualization,the research includes:(1)The equipment visualization in the smart printing factory scene.By improving the QEM algorithm,solves the problem of feature loss after the printing factory equipment model is simplified,and realizes the level of detail model technology by optimizing the traditional quad-tree spatial index structure,and obtains a good overall scene rendering.(2)Visualization of material transfer and viewpoint roaming in smart printing plant.Through Bezier curve path simulation and oriented bounding box collision detection technology,established a moving path planning method for the material trolley to solve the collision problem when the material trolley was running in the scene.Based on the convex hull algorithm and the genetic algorithm,build the shortest roaming path of the overall process of the smart printing factory,so that the observer can observe the smart printing factory from all directions and from multiple aspects.(3)Natural illumination simulation of scene illumination in smart printing factory.By combining the change of the solar elevation angle with the virtual scene light direction,a mathematical model of sunshine simulation is designed,which solves the bottleneck problem of the real-time change of scene illumination,and forms the scene illumination effect that is consistent with the natural illumination.The research of craft data visualization includes:(1)Simulation and visualization technology of folding hand and imposition process in book printing.The coordinate transformation model of folding hand craft is established,which provides a virtual simulation sample for the realization of self-adaptive folding hand and imposition technology.(2)Visual presentation of the working status data of the printer.Using the visualization theory of scalar data and time-variable data,the visualization of the printing process status,printing quality level and production efficiency is realized,which provides a good visualization management approach for the production participants of the intelligent printing factory.This research innovatively proposes and constructs the visualization method of intelligent printing factory,it is suitable for the actual needs of domestic printing enterprises to be intelligent,and provides scientific theory and method guidance for the construction of smart printing plant in the future,and has good practical application value for the intelligent application of printing plant. |
