Tobacco industry as a government monopoly management industry,in the implementation of healthy industrial development at the same time,the construction of talent team in tobacco enterprises has become a problem that can not be ignored.How to correctly guide employees to carry out effective career management planning,how to establish a career corridor that matches the market demand and adapts to the development of enterprises,has become an important issue to be solved urgently in the tobacco industry.N cigarette factory,as a member of the modern tobacco industry,how to effectively implement staff career management on the basis of "people-oriented" and effectively promote the talent management system to match the market demand has become a topic worthy of thinking and has become one of the important responsibilities and work content of the enterprise.Only by establishing a more perfect career path can the enterprise maximize the employee's professional accomplishment,professional ethics,and work-specific skills,and ultimately enhance work enthusiasm and work effectiveness,lay a solid foundation for the promotion of economic and social benefits of the enterprise,but also for the personal career development of employees.Provide a good opportunity and platform,ultimately promote the emergence of a "win-win" situation for enterprises and employees,and promote the unity of personal ideals and organizational goals of enterprises.Based on the theory of career planning and cone model of career management,this paper analyzes the current situation of career corridor construction in N cigarette factory,systematically analyzes the existing problems and contradictions in the construction of career corridor,as well as the underlying causes and main influencing factors.With the help of investigation,research and problem analysis,and in connection with relevant theoretical knowledge,this paper puts forward improvement measures and Countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the management of N cigarette factory employees' career corridor,so as to speed up the construction of technical,managerial and skilled personnel in the thirteenth Five-Year Plan period of the enterprise and cope with the new situation for the enterprise.Time,new changes and new competition play an important supporting role.
