Lamp Design Based On Xinzhuang Crochet Weaving Technique

Shenzhuang crochet knitting,as an intangible cultural heritage of Shanghai,has unique cultural connotation.However,nowadays,the outcome of Shenzhuang crochet knitting is limited to traditional forms,which hinders its modernization process.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve and innovate Shenzhuang crochet knitting to make it reborn and inherit.Lamps and lanterns are the most common furniture.Too common causes people to improve the quality of life and are not satisfied with the traditional lighting function of lamps and lanterns.Therefore,lamps and lanterns have extended from simple lighting function to today’s decorative function.Combining Shenzhuang crochet knitting with lamps and lanterns,innovating lamps and lanterns with the modeling language of intangible cultural heritage,and bringing Shenzhuang crochet knitting into the modern lamp industry is a direction that lamps and lanterns can consider for development,and can have a good reference value for subsequent lamp design.Taking the lamp design of Shenzhuang crochet knitting as the starting point,this paper studies and innovates the combination of Shenzhuang crochet knitting and lamp through the methods of literature review,field investigation,induction and deduction,experimental analysis and practical operation.The content includes the following three parts:(1)Starting from the historical background and cultural origin of Shenzhuang crochet knitting,this paper summarizes the basic stitching method,design process and characteristics of Shenzhuang crochet knitting.(2)This paper summarizes the design elements of lamps from three aspects of structure,function and environment,analyzes the classification structure of lamps,and expounds the basic elements of lamp function and environment.(3)This paper analyzes the lamp design of Shenzhuang crochet knitting,analyzes the case of knitting lamp,and summarizes the combination advantages of the two.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the combination of Shenzhuang crochet knitting technology and lamps,and comes to the conclusion that the combination of the two is feasible from the perspective of industrialization.Through experiments,this paper explores the influencing factors of Shenzhuang crochet knitting on lamp design,and explores the influence of Shenzhuang crochet knitting on the lighting effect of lamp design.Using Dialux software to calculate,this paper makes an experimental analysis from three aspects:density,lampshade modeling style and knitting area.The results show that the light intensity is better when the knitting is sparse,the upper and lower parts of the modeling are not closed,and the pattern weaving area is small,but the knitting is tight,the upper part of the modeling is not closed The glare value of large pattern weaving area is lower,in which the medium and long needle method and 1mm thick and thin line type do not meet the requirements of lighting effect.(4)According to the experimental results,select the appropriate stitch pattern for scheme design,calculate and verify the illumination parameters of the scheme,and finally put it into practice.The whole practical process consists of three steps:needle pattern analysis,illumination parameter analysis and physical production.Through the analysis and discussion of the combination of Shenzhuang crochet knitting and lamps,this paper aims to provide some case support for the innovation of lamp design and expand the application scope of Shenzhuang crochet knitting.Through the combination of the two,we can explore the value and charm of knitting lamps in modern design,so that Shenzhuang crochet knitting can be developed sustainably as an intangible cultural heritage.
